Here's my handbrake effort, a bit cumbersome but it works. Made from 27mm kee klamp fittings and plastic pipe. String is making it work for now- as i pull it back the string pulls the bar onto the button. String will be replaced by latex catapult rubber when it arrives.

I did a couple of practice runs, which were both around 3:58. I realized that I could push a little bit more on my timed run, but I had no idea that I could make up 5 seconds!

Been find the league a great challenge. I have tried to do them all as a single run but messed up in Wales and had to do a restart. This competition is going to be great when we can't restart stages!
