My mate had a Black 1988 Supra 3.0 Turbo and took me on down to Somerset on cricket tour for a week in it. I don't think the M4 police would have caught us if they'd been looking. Great great cars.

That is one of the great example of truly awful 1980's music. Most music genres sounded worse in the 1980's whether it be rock, pop, metal, funk, disco, blues. All far too much synthesisers and over production. Think George Lucas with an unlimited CGI budget. The "Phantom Menace" decade for music. Don't get me wrong there was some good music that stood the test of time in the 80's (e.g. Iron Maiden, New Order, Stone Roses and more) but much of it was dreadful. Many older artists bought out some of their worst music.
