70 laps
clear weather, afternoon
damage set to performance impacting
mechanical failures off - I want people to finish the race without having to worry about an engine blowing halfway through

cant you set timed races. you can do it in single player but not sure on muliti player.

There is some sort of fault with my internet, the server provider is saying that its a major fault in a remote location affecting most of South and Western Australia, my net speed is beyond the joke, so for the sake of everyone I will have to pull out from the event,

Yes and no. You can have time online races, but there's no 90min option, it's 1 hour or 2 hours.

I'm struggling to load the site mate, cant hold a connection to PSN at all, I'll keep checking the services updates to see if its fixed by race time,
