Yes I did a little on my other account and it was hopeless.:)
But I have some in my friends list doing some long distance grind work.:D But its slow.:(

Untamed helmet wtd will trade anything got every car plus 2000+ paints plus many many tickets . Let me know asap . Thanks psn muckerz :)

Why? Items page and Gear page doesn't work the same: stuff with special name for each one can't work on current Gear page.

I've already included new cars too, but that's a bit beyond this thread subject.

New suits for us to grind then? I'm guessing we all get the same suits and helmets from the DLC?

This will keep me occupied. Will update as I get them.

We get 90 pieces of gear only with the DLC, some 1.x styles (up to 34), some 2.0 styles, the "Stig" gear, and all the special outfits. Funnily enough, the 1.x styles from the DLC, even 31-34, are giftable, the rest isn't. So we still have to win them all. I mean win all the 2.0 styles, I guess if you want the "Stig" gear and the special outfits your only option is to buy it.
 
I am looking to start collecting the helmets (Suits to follow and possibly other things). Would someone be willing to help?

I am on the ps3 all day, can trade/send anything if I have it (got about 125 helmets.

Milouse, I could confirmed you that once you bought the gear dlc.
You get these NEW ITEMS only :

11 special outfits (due to we already got the 2010 Jeff Gordon outfit)
3 Simpson Diamondback helmet (white/black/matte black)
1 GT official helmet
2 Alpinestars GT-1 racing suit (white/black)

That's it, 17 new items which 4 helmet, 2 suit, 11 special outfit.

So, that's meant you have tried to gift it already but can't?
Cause if I could send it, I'll just send to everyone here and save everyone else $$$ cause only 17 new gears, not 90.

Yes, I have tried it, and it doesn't work. Except with the 1.x styles that came with the DLC.

90 items you'll get, irrespective of what you've got already, includes a lot of what we've already won (or had prior to 2.0).

I believe nick6raphael meant 17 new items if you've got all the others already. It's 17 items you cannot already win.

From what I see is you get any of the 1 to 34 in any of the other styles what we have been collecting if so It possibly could make this search a lot easier.
Has I presume they are still tradable.?
So 17 new specials and am guessing the numbers are made upto 90 with the other styles.?

Correct, and all that you've won is still tradeable. You can send any 2.0 styles you've won, and the Jeff Gordon suit too, but you cannot send either the 2.0 styles, nor the Jeff Gordon suit (or any other special suits) that came with the DLC. The only way to tell them apart is actually by trying to send them. One sends, the other tells you that you cannot gift the item, even though it looks exactly the same. And all 1.x styles 1-34 can be gifted too, whether they came with the DLC or not.

Oh Man so you can not gift the ITEMS 31 to 34 if they are from the DLC.
Dam I thought it was going to make it easier for our search.:(
