My interpretation of the rule: Two wheels in the white lines on the track at all times.I personally wouldn't count the kerbs as track and most racing series don't either however i'm not saying either of you are wrong. As long as we can continue to keep this a debate without big issues then we can solve it easily.
I suggest to lessen his penalty, maybe a 1 grid spot qualifying penalty because although the rule isn't 100% stated by Mamaghi, that rule is pretty much universally used everywhere else. Using a kerb THAT much as to where your entire car is on it is basically cutting.

the pit exit in Roma is very special. Will do some tests and let you know as soon as possible.I have a question, where is the pit exit?

It says to refer to the GTP OLR. And the GTP OLR says that rumble strips are part of the track.View attachment 164133
Is there anything here who says Rumbles are considered as part of track, Not at all mate.
If I refer to the GTP OLR, yea, this is definitely clean.Do you consider this as clean ? Seriously, come on..
You should have tell this before qualifier session.Hope now it's clear for all. R/W areas are not part of the track. During the race everyone could make mistakes, cut a corner or exceed track limits. However, it may cause penalties if repetitive.

Are you guys limited or what? I already explained what you highlighted in my previous posts. Out-of track-lines doesn't apply when there are R/W rumbles behind the wire line, it only apply in particular turns (i.e. turn 1 of nurb F). And track boundaries were not clarified in the race specific post. The race specific post just said to not exceed track limits, nothing more.
If you read point 16:B of the GTP OLR you'll se that rumbles are perfectly legals.
Your overall race was really clean, but the line is the lineC'mon I crossed the line by the tiniest amount , oh well.
@Mamaghi What do feel about the Lap 17 calamity?
Yes, when he was coming out of the pits. You mean the contacts between you and Andro ?
Yes, when he was coming out of the pits.
My opinion: He should of just fallen in behind me and Litchi who were battling for position. I didn't expect him to be on my inside. When exiting the pit drivers should be really careful, but as you can see on pics, Andro was clearly inside. I think i would be better that you go little bit larger to avoid contact.
He was battling for the same position as Litchi and you.My opinion: He should of just fallen in behind me and Litchi who were battling for position. I didn't expect him to be on my inside.
Yes but me and litchi had the right away on him. It's in the rules and clearly stated. He was battling for the same position as Litchi and you.

Yes it was, but for future reference, the car exiting the pits doesn't have the right away.I'm pretty sure the stewards judgment was fair regarding this incident.
just want to say that I had no damage after this race incident, the replay is certainly glitched about damages. Andro just lost his car control, nothing more, that happens.Lap 17, 34'31, Collision between Andro and Litchi, Andro with a broken suspension lost the control of his car and pushed Litchi, result : Litchi's right suspension broken. " AndroR35 :10 sec pen because it was involuntary"
