It's not being the most cooperative with me right now, but I've still yet to get a crate car anyway. I'm guessing the bronze crates giving one would be a miracle.
The silver and gold crates guarantee a car, while the bronze is just chance.

Suck it, ED. :P

Hey I was curious if you use a tier 6 part not fusion part but the actual part, can you refit it on to another car or if you throw it on one car that's it?

Hey Codatron,
Unfortunately no you do not regain the stage 6 part you install on a car, it just acts like the rest, where you can uninstall and reinstall on the same car. There is no option for you to uninstall it and put it on another car.

UPDATE: GUYS IVE DONE IT! ITS BEEN A FEW MONTHS BUT IVE FINALLY BEATEN THE GAME!

So here's my beautiful F12, I tuned this car as much as I could, and installed 3 stage 6 parts onto it (transmission, nitrous and weight)
image.png

To test this baby out, I versed the #1 guy on the T5 Ladder and sure enough:
image.png

SUCK IT PETER! SMOKED YA MATE!
Anyways, knowing that my car has a chance at easily beating him, and even taking his car, I went headfirst into the battle.
image.png

His car is pretty meh, if you have a decently tuned car, you can beat him easily, and you can get his time to beat here:
image.png

At this point I'm ecstatic, but I'm not done yet. Not until I own all 5 boss cars. So I verse him one last time for the decider...
image.png

And surely enough, much to my internal screaming:
image.png
I got all 5 cars! (Here's the pink slip time too if you guys want it)
image.png

No, you're not good enough for the car. Don't worry, it's in more capable hands now.
image.png
So there we go! I own all 5 Tier cars, and successfully done all Ladders and whatnot! Now to just max out cars for own satisfaction.
This game is amazing despite the grind. I won't stop playing after this, i'm gonna try and collect all cars and max them out! As thats all i can probably do now :P:P

I got an SRT Hellcat in a crate but I'm really struggling to win races with it, just now I got beaten by an Audi RS5 with a much lower rating than me. I only managed a good start but the shifts were all perfect, I used nitrous in 3rd as I usually do for the best times and he still beat me by a mile. It's beginning to feel like the car is being artificially nerfed to try and encourage me to buy credits or gold :(

Hey, what upgrades do you have on it? I have a million to throw around and ill help you tune it 👍

What sort of race was the one you lost? A 1/4-mile race, or a 1/2 one? Because if it is the latter, you will need to tweak your car to suit its character in a different way compared to what you would for a shorter race. Basically, 1/2-mile races ask for a high top speed, and you will have to sacrifice some grip and acceleration in the process.

If you already have parts that allow you to use the Tune option, use them. @Sp3edst3r told me that tires are the number one priority when it comes to getting a higher top speed, and I'd say he's about right. But if you have a transmission you can tune, be sure to tweak that a bit if you can. Just don't expect to keep the good 0-60 times you had before, because the car will be slower off the line one way or the other. And the rating will have a -xx grade, but you can live with that for 1/2-mile races.

Aside from rarity cars (those with stars above their thumbnail picture) I could get with some close victories against other cars with my BMW M235i. And that's not a particularly fast car if we're talking about Tier 2 cars...

In other news, since I had a few Silver keys to spare, I decided to buy my first Silver Rare Imports box. And look at what I got;
CSR 2 Mustang.png

Ok, so it's not the Audi R8 that's up for grabs in these boxes, but I'm not complaning. Now I have a Tier 3 car before its time, and I can save up money to tune it! :D:tup:

I opened my 2nd ever silver crate last night and got this:

And a few close races:

I've done fairly well from the crates so far considering I haven't paid a penny for any of them:
SRT Hellcat
2 x Ford Fiesta
2x Ford Focus RS
Audi R8

@Moglet just letting you know about the R8, since it was my T4 Car I've obviously had alot of experience with it. When you first get the car, you might find it to be a POS because its gearing is so much shorter at the start compared to other cars, which when you're not used to it can affect your time if youre not quick on the shifter. Not only that, but it seemed to lack top speed in the 1/2 mile.
Upgraded and tuned though its an absolute beast and my opinion on best T4 car, so dont lose hope ^^

@Niku Driver HC niiiiiice! Out of all the silver boxes I've gotten, ive been given 5 Aventadors, 5 86's and countless other dupes, but not one mustang  i only have the T3 boss one

I've got pretty decent prizes from Silver boxes, most notably a GT-R before the time came to buy a Tier 4 car which I found very handy! 👍

I have 135 Silver keys right now but I'm waiting for the Audi R8 offer to end (already won one) so that hopefully one of the boxes provide me with a T5 car without having to buy one from the dealership. :sly:

I've used it in a few of the "Audi only" races and it seems to perform well! The early gear shifts did catch me out at first but I got used to it very quickly. 4th gear seems to be quite long compared to the others which loses me a bit of speed but I just save the nitrous for then and it seems to work well. As for it not having much of a top speed; I've found it much easier to gain an advantage over opponents on the 2nd half of a 1/2 mile race as it reaches higher speeds! That said I haven't been up against any real opposition with it yet.

I HAD a GT-R before my save crapped out on me. Now I have a pitiful, but still admittedly stock, C63 to "replace" it. :irked:

Does anyone know what kind of times you need to be running for the T2 boss car?

I'll say this here. I hate the M4. I've been stuck on the daily battle with it for days now.

I have two M4s (again, from silver boxes) and I agree with you - it is the hardest car to launch on stock ratios. I haven't bothered to upgrade either of them to the point of changing the gear ratios since I have a Mustang as my primary T3 car.

I beat the 2nd boss car race in my fully upgraded Focus, it runs in the very low 12s or high 11s. If you can beat the 2nd to last ladder race you can beat the boss car if you get a good launch. (She runs 12.018 in a Youtube video I saw against a BMW M235i)

It's a shame it's not a better car though, it looks awesome but performance isn't up to much.

Yeah, they're not supposed to be cars you sit and flog the next tier with, they're only good for the first couple boss races and few ladder races. They just help you get that extra bit of money fast, as well as the fact their unique.

As for T2 times, 12-11 seconds sounds about right, just be sure to max out your car and put on as many fusion parts on as you can. They may seem mundane in a sense, but I managed to take off 0.3 seconds from my final boss 1/2 mile time just by putting 8 or so of those parts on (meaning i wouldn't of gotten the boss car without 'em) . They're cheap to install and help alot so put on as many as you can

Have the daily (every 4 hours) crates had their contents reduced? I'm only getting 2 fusion parts in each now and I swear I used to get 3.

It's a bit hit and miss. A few crates ago I only received one part then the next one was 2 plus cash.

Anyone have any bright ideas why I can't enter this restriction race?

It wants a T2 vehicle with no turbo, which, according to the check boxes, I have but then it says wrong car. The only other T2 car I have is the Rocket Bunny and you can't downgrade parts on that.

@TB that happened to me on some rare occasions, usually i reset the game or switch cars and switch back.. If that dont work then fitting a turbo and then uninstalling may help...?

Should have edited sooner - tried all that but killing the game off for the third time finally did the trick. :)

Well, I did it. Only after three weeks, I beat Mr. Shax, using a Huracan. Sadly, I don't have a pic as of yet.

I chose not to go for his car because my car couldn't do a sub-twelve second half-mile, and his car can go below twelve seconds, according to @Sp3edst3r's screenshot.

I'll still play it every now and then, but for now, Assoluto here I come!

What's the deal with the tier 3 boss race then? I've got a Hellcat that is upgraded to level 5 all round with level 6 intake and almost all fusion parts fitted. I got my ass handed to me in that race despite getting a good start and all perfect shifts and as far as I can tell from the times there was no way to win it using my car.

What cars did everyone else use? I'm considering ignoring the boss races in the future, they appear to be part of the pay to win system that Natural Motion love so much.

Its not a pay-to-win game, its more of a "grind to win or you can be lazy and just pay to win". I used a c7 corvette with a really 🤬 up tune that gave me 700+ EV points which caned the quarter mile so i cant help you with tuning your hellcat im afraid, but if i had to say anything, try and get his time written down, go to te tuning page and keep running those tests, making sure your tune is perfect to beat him. Perfect shifts arent always the best places to shift since they always assume full traction so at the start of the race just experiment with shift times and see where you can get the fastest.

When you're prompted to spend £2.49 before the boss race to get "Super Nitrous" the monetisation system really starts to show. At Tier 2 I had no issue winning the boss car with roughly the same upgrades to my vehicle, suddenly I hit tier 3 and it's damn near impossible. :(

Regarding the tuning I experimented a fair bit after reading your previous post about different setups for 1/4 and 1/2 miles etc. and I could only ever have gone .100 faster which wouldn't have been enough. It suggests I needed more fusion parts or stage 6 upgrades. Which are hard to find unless you pay to keep opening crates...

Yeah the super nitrous was a thing i never bought, not buying a boss car like that for so much money which ill only use for like 30 minutes.

I didnt have a problem with T3 since my corvette was pretty darn well tuned so i cant help you with that sadly, but i can say every single boss is possible to beat and get their car without super nitrous, a tip for choosing next teir car would be which ever one you have the most s6 parts for. Applying parts and spending ages trying to figure out how to perfectly shift the car to get the fastest times is key as well. It's not a grind for nothing ^^"

Same here. It's killing me that I have cars ready for T4* and T5** (thank you silver crates) but can't quite hit the time to beat the T3 boss to move on just yet.

*Vanquish
**Huracán

So I'm in T3 now, but for the T2 ladder races, I have a few uncommon/rare parts for my WRX and it's also maxed out, no stage 6 upgrades though, but I can not get past 23 on the ladder races on T2. Will probably just wait for stage 6 upgrades for the subie.

Now for T3, here's a story :D While I was in T1, LvL 8 or so, I opened a silver crate and got a 2Star Rarity Mustang GT (which is a T3 car) And so after I finished T2 I had 170k or whatever it was to spend on the GT, so I'm literally at work right now and almost done with T3 within about 45 min :D

Love the game, Natural Motion did a fantastic job 👍

My only complaint; live races. Please tell me it's not just me, but with CSR Racing 1, servers were A1 (perfect) races were always smooth, matchmaking was well done, etc. CSR2 on the other hand, oh my god. It is pitiful. I'm in T3 with a decent mustang (491 I believe) and they're matching me against maxed out Vette's, Maxed out Aston Martins (which is a T4 car wtf) and I'm just getting smoked. Also, servers are pathetic, races are rarely smooth, and I'm on a 145MB Download internet at home :D

I can rarely ever get into live races, it seems as though people will only race you if they know they can definitely win. It's a shame because the few that I've played I've really enjoyed.

On an unrelated note I broke the menus earlier:

Is it that hard to give me parts for a Mercedes?

I have $1.33M.

And 1k gold.

I WILL PAY YOU FOR PARTS.

LET ME.

UPDATE: LvL 26 now, in T5, got a Lambo Hurracan.

Best in each class so far (worked very well for me)

T1: FR-S worked fine, but the Dodge Dart is the best, I believe you have to win it, and of course, at LvL 26 and at T5 I won one earlier today :D

T2: I used the WRX and worked fine for me, but the Focus RS which again I believe you have to win is the best.

T3: Mustang GT for sure! with a decent tune this is easily the best in its class, I prefer to use this in Live Races just because I'm so confident most can not beat me (went on a 13 streak today)

T4: GT-R! 10k+ grip (stats) it's an AWD beast! GT-R just destroys the comp. in T4.

T5: Between the two you can actually buy (in game $$, so no GOLD p2w or Win from crates) I chose the Hurracan. Updates to come, only 3 ladder races in with T5.

Absolutely love the game, they really did do a good job. Work became a lot better :D Being in the car business I work 12-13 hr days here at the dealer so I needed something to kill the time!
