It's funny because the only other time I remember having a sign-up so full that we had people on a Reserve list was when we did the low power vintage 360s.

All I get is an "out for delivery" message when it's placed on the delivery truck. That happened at 3:36 am PST this morning. It's all up to the drivers route at this point.
 
I know it's almost two hours until race time. UPS is still showing my wheel under "destination scan" which means it's at the final facility ready to be put on a truck for delivery. It is not showing that it is in fact out for delivery. This is a backward step from earlier today when it was showing out for delivery. I called a friend of mine that drivers for UPS and he said this usually means something happened to the truck or the driver called in sick. He said it would be moved to another truck and delivered as soon as they can get to it.

This means I am out for racing today so someone else can have the open spot. I will look to get in on the next one.

I'll be racing and my paint scheme will be Nero Daytona WB for body and wheel. It's black by the way. And I sent u a request Watermelon.

PLEASE NOTE, we have 1 registered driver arriving late.
So the room may not be at capacity at event start time, but @daddyo845 still has a reserved spot.
So we're waiting on confirmation of a few others involved, but so far right now, it looks like we're full. Sorry guys!


The Polar Vortex really ramped up interest in boxy car draft battles. :lol:

I have not received confirmation on the forum, nor have I received a friend request on PSN.

Also waiting on confirmation from @LongbowX & @John Wells
But both Long & John :odd: often arrive just in the nick of time or a tad late for events (presumably due to their real life schedules). So I'm pretty sure they're going to make it, as they are regulars I race with.

Sorry for leaving but was having constant problems with the room (not being able to see people on the track, HUD disappearing then coming back randomly during the race and a tad of lag). Hope someone can see this message and join in for the last 2 races.

We are at Daytona. Epic lag crash for guys who were trailing, clear router? Cache?
 
I've haven't had any of those problems on GT6 until the room today (no router) and I was gone before the Daytona race sadly.
 
I think the more people there are, the more chance for lag issues. *sigh*

I also think @funnyguy344 was having some pretty heavy duty connection issues. :ouch:

@funnyguy344 - do you have your ps3 connected to the internet wireless? Was there someone in your house streaming video or doing something on the internet while you were racing?
That many DCs & lag problems is rather unusual. If it happens often, I would try to find out what could be the problem.
 
Yeah lag happens when their is more people. I have my ps3 wired now but it was wirelessly connected at some point before and I didn't have many issues before it was wired. It's better now of course :D

Yeah got 'crashed' twice leaving me trailing the lead pack :/

Longbow - sorry I messed up the bump draft catch up on Daytona, I had to switch ds3 between races due to battery and I ended up on AT that round somehow meaning it kept shifting to 4 too early, losing momentum. Gave u a nice nudge the next track to make up for it tho and I think u came third :)
