Nothing really. Just find it personally annoying. Also, sometimes it seems pretty clear what happened, evidence is there, but it’s still “alleged”, so there is that.

It's just a term used to make it clear that it's still legally disputed. I don't have a problem with it, but I can see fatigue with it in the media.

Near as I can figure, accusing someone of pre-spin supposes (or "presupposes") that that person is deliberately putting out an argument they know has no merit and are phrasing it in a way that it'll attract less criticism. More bad faith from someone who appears to have little faith in human nature (see also "intentionally obtuse").

It's the kind of bellicose approach you'd expect from one of them.

I find it just so sad that people you’d thought of as normal are just plain off their rockers.

Its amazing how something like this or politics can be such a spotlight on the human condition and all its delights and horrors.

I think mostly it's a lack of critical thinking skills. These people (and I cast a very wide net here across a lot of strange beliefs) simply have not developed the mental muscle to skeptically process information. The really scary thing is that there are a lot more of them, hiding within the group that would outwardly appear to be making informed decisions but are actually just lacking critical thinking in an area that is currently serving them well.

It may be mostly an age thing. The internet is kinda forcing the issue with critical thinking, and people who grew up without it and just believed what they saw on TV aren't coping well.
