Typically it's only a death threat if you threaten that you are going to kill the person (or people). If you don't threaten death, it's not a death threat.

There is also an important legal distinction if you have the actual intention to kill the person (or people) you are threatening and also have the means to do so. You can also threaten death without the means to do so - such as phoning a fake bomb threat to a school or library, or
children's hospital.

Although it all rather depends on the various jurisdictions, a post about Donald Trump's funeral being a cremation doesn't meet any criteria in any jurisdiction I'm aware of.
To me it sounded like you wanted him to be put into a coffin and burnt alive.

Don't give me that attitude, I misinterpreted your post.
Not really "attitude", more a point that you can't have a death threat if there isn't any threat involved.

Even if I very much want Trump to be put into a coffin and burned to death - which I didn't say, but I'm entirely happy for it to be interpreted like that - it's not a death threat without any threat. Saying "I really want to put Trump into a coffin and then burn him to death" would be a death threat, just not a very credible one.

Weird you're the one taking offence at this, while the guy you're interrogating over a perceived crime is making dispassionate statements and posting memes...

I'm not offended.

Meanwhile, back on planet earth: Trump's lawyer is admitting to her client illegally undervaluing assets (source as before):

Seems like undervaluing should be ok from a legal standpoint. She's claiming that they're worth even more than Trump claimed.
My bad, I didn't read the tweet carefully and thought he was undervaluing them for tax purposes, which of course still may not be illegal (IANAL).

The rest of the tweet is still cursed though.

This Nick Adams guy... is he the biggest drone ever? He doesn't have an original or independent thought in his body. The term NPC was invented for this jabroni.
He should keep going after Bubba Wallace. Might see Wallace cause him to delete more of his brain-dead takes with more wins.

Wow. There is some Linda Lovelace quality fellating of Dear Leader going on there. And Trump has never been wrong?

Border Wall: “Mexico will pay for it.” Mexico did not pay for it.
Covid-19: "It's going to disappear. One day it's like a miracle, it will disappear.” 98.5 million cases, 1.05 million deaths in the US alone later…

I challenge you (not you specifically @UKMikey, I mean you in the broadest sense) to find an easier task than proving Trump is constantly wrong.

So let me see if I have this straight. He claimed he served in Afghanistan, and now claims that the fact that he served in Afghanistan is classified. Congrats bud, ya played yourself. I hope he can think about it and have it declassified.
He’s a QAnon nutcase who claims to have served in Afghanistan but his service record doesn’t back up that claim.

The reason you don't get to make a claim without having to prove it "because it's classified" is because it's classified. So he's either lying or he's divulging classified information.

These guys make Herschel Walker actually look intelligent
Speaking of...

I speak Boomhauer - not fluently, but enough - and this just baffles me:

Mind you, "45" is having some (more) issues with his words too:

"I was going to use an expression: we have to keep our country gay buhp-bud".

"He’s said if a baby survives an abortion, he voted to deny that baby medical care"

Pretty sure Republicans already deny babies medical care anyway.

This guy said, "The President should be able to declassify things just by saying or thinking it".

He's becoming all the things he insulted Biden over.
