You may submit one entry. It must be your own work and not previously entered in a competition.
You may only change your entry once. When changing it, indicate clearly (please, when doing this, edit your post with your new entry, do not submit a new post with a new entry)
Please mark your Final Entry clearly in RED.
Your entry may not exceed the poll character limit. (5 characters are enough to name your image). If your entry exceeds it, the link to the full size image, will be removed.
We recommend you use a free image hosting service such as or
You must post your entry either as a thumbnail, or as a preview linked to the full image - see here for instructions .
Previews should be no larger than 400 pixels along the longest side - be it vertical or horizontal - and should not have more or less effects than the full size image.
Photos must be taken from a normal version of GT4, do not use any cheats or Game Shark codes to modify the game content.
Please do not ask other members to choose your entry. Have confidence in your own skills and go with your favorite shot.
The theme chooser cannot enter the competition he is judging.

Yeah I'll have a go with this.

Nothing serious of course - mainly to boost my skills before uni.

Here's my attempt. Was going to try doing something with an S14 anyway (in a bit of a phase lol) so 'twas good timing.

Just a casual effort - these comps really boost the skill when working at my low level. :)

Final Entry

these two entries look pretty good actually. still working on mine, should be ready in a few days.

I don't know if it will have anything on 80Y's shot, but here's my attempt. :D

i dont think i'll make this one. i'm so hung over it's not even funny. go on without me
unless you wanna wait till tomorrow :D

Do you still use gimp? One of the biggest reasons I don't do zoom blurs that often is because I think Gimp sucks terribly at it. But your blur looks flawless.

Thanks - and no. That Renault shot was the only thing I did zoom blur on GIMP with. I got PS elements to do that now. The colour controls are rubbish though, so, like real life photography, I use GIMP for the colours (brightess and contrast too) and PS for the sharpening, vignetting and, in this case, zoom blur.

The zoom blur isn't actually all THAT bad on GIMP, but yeah, it takes WAY too much effort to do it - especialy when the vanashing point is not on screen.
