Funny enough i check team burst's thread a day ago and they was posting videos of real drifting? Is that on topic then?

I'm not trying to get threads in trouble but there has to be a line where if a mod is going to stand for something, flipping make sure it goes across the teams. Because it just feels like im/team getting punished for someone else's retarded mistake! That isn't fair!

I saw your guys' drifting video's and turned out to be way better then I thought you guys where, I seriously need to start drifting with you people! Hit me up with an add maybe we can? :).
 
Guys try get on tomorrow. I want a proper drifting session going on. I'll be all day, Nothing else to do. Few replays and some pics needs done! Haven't got any in a long time! I'll be on till something like half 8 so anytime. I'm saving my posts in this thread to just telling you guys when I'll be around and what not since I'm probably the most off-topic person here. But yeah, Get the AMG colour out and have some fun sounds pretty good to me!.

Actually, any time after 1 ill be on, need to nip in to the garage!

Me and chris were talking today about just having a proper drift session, let's do it!
I'll be around most of the day aside from revising...

I'd say try keep a lounge open all afternoon? I'm guessing it'll be me and Jimmy on first, so we'll get something sorted.

New update: Improved FFB for the DFGT??

This should be interesting, either I will be as good as I am on LFS, or it's going to take me a month to get used to the new feel.

Yeah i didnt really like the change from LFS to GT5, being that i've been on LFS for 5 years and this is the first time ive used the g25 for any other car sim but Rfactor n LFS.. but when i got used to the g25 with GT5 i really liked it.. Soo smooth with drifting:)

Little update relating to the future of the team.
I've updated the first post and put anyone who hasn't drifted in the past few months on an innactive list. As you can see it's reduced our active list down to just five people. Me & chris (who come on most days), Alex & Mcglone (Come on maybe 2 or 3 times a week) and Jimmy (Can be gone for months at a time). Rather than let the team just plod on, I'd like to inject some fresh blood into this operation. This team has a lot of history and was (as <ACN> at least) one of the first and best drift teams on GTP.
So (I can't believe I'm even saying this) D-Max are recruiting again!
 
D-Max Try-out!

Friday 25th May | 8:00pm-10:00pm [GMT]

{FRAG-ME-CG's Lounge}


The Try-out will consist of a 2 hour session, where we will say our hellos' and get straight to drifting! You will be drifting freely around various tracks in the cars of your choice (250-450bhp + JDM is always cool :)). We will likely throw in a few obstacles and challenges throughout the meet, as well as getting out on the track with you and burning some tyres!

Recruits should not feel pressured, as we're not hunting for the best of the best, but putting in some style is the best way to secure a place. We are hoping to recruit a fair few members at the event, and with the level of drifting that is now commonplace on GTP, we should be successful.

WE LOVE TANDEMS!
Getting door to door is a hobby favourite of ours, and if you can do it, SHOW US! We hope to get some full lobby trains on the night, so don't be scared to scratch your paint!

If you have a mic, use it. Personality plays a big part in our team, and the mics are always on in our lobbies.

We will be drifting Comfort Hards with Tyre Wear OFF, please keep in mind that this is our team preference, and we do not drift anything else. And of course, FR ONLY :)

LOL So true!.

Overall though, we don't need people that are amazing drifters. I'd be happy with people that are an amazing laugh!.
