I wish the best of luck to DMAX that they will manage to run it till the end! I have a great respect for you.
I would never forbid the FD, if other drivers are to slow it's not the problem of the FD driver.
There's also no need for a HP limit, more does not cause any better drifting
Yes theres a need of hp limit and car restrictions otherwise I see how this will end up. V8 and V10 all the way and hairpins drifted in 5th (wow). Not to note I smell people going drag race if there's no rolling start.
Any way or the other 600hp is enough and I can take your argument backwards and say that if you're unable to drift with less than your so so 750hp ZR1, then it's not the problem of the person that organize (I'm not saying that it's the fact).
Those rules are here to even the competition.
On a side note big hp are what made D1 boring, now it's all about who will have the biggest numbers, Kumakubo switched to his 1000hp Laurel because he HAD to to stay in the crowd but he's not liking it either.
Ps : I wasn't aiming particularly at you, you're not the only that use such (overkill) cars. As I said that rule is here to even the comp and 600hp is already a lot. Forza community have the same rule for their comp (on the official forum), 550hp cap S700 class and sport soft tires (tires are different in fm).
Well I never tried the FD other than in stock form so I don't know why its banned. But FD freaks can take the cheaper FD (not the Spirit R).
