Happy almost Friday fellas!

I have a feeling this weeks Bonus Races are going to be Supra fun. ;)

‘88 Toyota Supra @ Lago Maggiore West, 4 Laps on Sports Hard Tires, Stock 100/100.

‘97 Toyota Supra @ Tokyo East Outer Loop, 3 Laps on Sports Medium Tires, Stock 100/100.

‘20 Toyota Supra @ Le Mans, 2 Laps on Sport Soft Tires, Stock 100/100.

I hope I manage to get in in time. I spent 5 hours on a livery last week that never got seen . I finished the livery, looked at the thread. Saw "
Tonight’s race lobby is now open for practice, action starts in 45 min. :)". That had been posted 30 minutes ago. With 15 mins to go the lobby was already full, and stayed full every time I checked :odd:.

Hi, do we need to sign up this @Pigems?? I may be able to make the first race occasionally if I'm still awake 👍.

Just send me a friend request on PSN to TPC_Pigems, that’s it. Then you can come on out to race whenever you can/want to. :)

Damn, maybe I should start closing and then reopening the lobby at 5 minutes too, then everyone gets a fair shot at getting in?

Or should we start doing it as a sign up over the week leading up to Friday?

You could just wait until 5 minutes til to open it. People can practice on their own, if they want to.

I like that we get to practice the bonus races with others before the actual races. I just look at the start time as 8 to 8:30 instead of 9, assuming I'm not doing anything. Which over the last few weeks hasn't been a problem due to being out of work until further notice. Perhaps everyone that intends to race could post here on Thus or Friday then we would have an indication of whether a 2nd lobby is necessary. @Invisigoth can we see your livery?

Just finished my new Supra for tonight and Spa next week. :D

We'll maybe need to look at possibilities of a second lobby with all the lockdown stuff going on. Many more people seem available to race now. I know with my work I can't do it often but can attempt to host a second if needed as I know I won't be able to be in super early to practice.

Of course every time I say that something 🤬 up and I can't get there.:ill: Will try and fix that today.:D

To go along with that, I didn't even attempt a qualifying lap for Race A and C. May just do a practice lobby for a selection of 5 Nations Races and 5 Manufacturer's Races.

Thank you. I wasn't planning to join in today but it's good to know in the future for when I can't be bothered to sleep  Have fun and see you around 👍

edit: Actually I was in New Zealand until about 2 weeks ago. Had my PS4 with me and noticed that my connection became way better after I created an NZ account to get matched with "local" players. That's why I was asking.

Fun night. I had some memorable mid-pack battles.

Weird though, some of you it felt like I didn't see you at all. Most nights we run across each other a few times. Tonight it was like we were avoiding each other.

The 1st Tokyo Gr.4 race. I came last. But it was a train for 5 laps. Probably the most fun you can have finishing last. :D

Excellent day's racing :D Thanks as always @Pigems for hosting.
The race C races were the highlight from my standpoint. Both provided close, clean racing but the second in particular, @Invisigoth calmly stuck to his racing line and for at least four laps the four / five cars behind kept swapping places trying to find a safe passing spot  :P. It was a delight to be a part of that. If I recall correctly among that group were @Redneckchef @Chevy Heavy @Granadier @Pigems & @05XR8 at various times, in addition to myself.

My replays shared. I forgot to save the first one, you'll have to wait for Pigems to post his copy if you want to review that race.

Edit: Noticed that the stream still only has two or three voices from party chat. On investigation, there is a PS4 setting Sharing & Broadcasts > Audio Sharing Services > Share Party Audio. If not checked, your voice wont be shared even if the person streaming has chosen to share party audio.

That wasn't me calmly sticking to my racing line. Ooooooh no. That was me holding the wheel in a death grip, my eyes bulging outta my helmet, filling my Nomex undies with sweat and "other things", praying to the racing gods that the tortured screams coming from the tyres wasn't an indication that I was about to be splashed to the four winds on the next corner!!!! :scared:

Watch the replay, it'll do wonders for your confidence. It looked like your were calmly sticking to your line :D

I have to be honest, I was worried to give it a go past @Invisigoth as he seemed nailed to the racing line. And there is no way past there off line unless you have a big head of steam. Replays look nice. Been saving clips tonight for some fun. It was a pleasure racing today knowing no one was out for blood and penalty mayhem . . . Unless we were blocking @GOTMAXPOWER from leaving us all behind.:P
Think @Pigems and @roamingbard13 had that sorted.
