I have been playing gran turismo sport and the daily workout is not working. Is there any solution?

Also, is says at the bottom of the main menu: this online service is not working.

GT Sport's online services were turned off a year ago.

What does that imply? Like what can’t I do now that the services are not around anymore.

So it can’t be worked out?

Or solved any way? Can’t I get my daily workout going again?

Quite a lot. You can't use custom liveries, use the Mileage Exchange (or get the cars exclusively available there), or get your Daily Workout.
