Here is some delicately damaged Chevrolet Camaro Z28 '69 with racing modification (level 34)

WHAT? How the hell did you get that door and Ford rally car (forgot what it's model name) so high?

Driving backwards around Daytona. :) Very fast + driving head on into the pack + random chance = Liftoff!

As for the door, I've no clue. It must be spring loaded or something so when it pops off, it really pops.

salvador dali eat your heart out! That TVR looks like it's having a stroke. .

Damage isn't very realistic in "The Real Driving Simulator" is it, which kind of defeats the point of including it in the first place, as mechanical & cosmetic damage is the penalty you get in real life for driving badly. All you get in GT5 is wobbly wheels, wonky steering & the enigne slows down a bit plus the unconvincing visual damage seen in most of the pics on here.

I think the real-time deformation is actually quite impresive.

That huge dent in the side was the exact spot where I was hit by another car. It impressed me.

I'd take this over the canned damage in games like *Holds back vomit* Forza.

I am confused as hell. Is the max damage only at level 40 or not? If I buy that same car and thrash it around at level 26, for example, will I be able to achieve the same picture as above?

no but a lap and a bit of nurburgring hitting anyone and everything I had the same focus both doors off etc = Watch out for falling objects Trophy
