Yes it does. I'm pretty sure you're allowed to choose between the 5 car packs or the 1 million credit bonus. If you get the Anniversary edition, you get all car packs and the 1 million credits (as well as other digital content).

The 25th Anniversary Edition from GS comes with the 1 million credits, as well.

EDIT: The GS thing is a code that upgrades your game. You still get the standard pre-order bonuses of the 5 cars and 1 million credits. I don't know if the 5 cars upgrade or if they're just the 15th anniversary editions for everyone.

I think he's saying it comes with the Anniversary Edition, which is separate from the preorder. I'm guessing that also costs more?

No. Actually, it must have been a advertisement error. When it was first advertised it mentioned that it would give the players 1 million credits to customize the 25 cars. Either that or my monkey brain miss-read stuff.

GameStop= 25 Anniversary Edition Exclusive cars. (Not sure if the 5 cars are included)

Don't quote me on any of this information as it's just how I translated it. That's strictly US consumers and the price is 59.99 USD. I've read completely different things for Russia in here which leads me to believe that that preordering GT6, is going to vary quite a bit as did GT5 depending on your region and from where you choose to make your purchase.

The official gran-turismo.com site lists all available versions and preorder bonuses for each region.
It also lists all power and weight figures for the anniversary cars.

Just remember to switch region to the one you live in.

Yes, you're right.
BUT, it heavily depends on the region you live in. The japanese get something different as example: http://www.gran-turismo.com/jp/products/gt6/preorder/

Also there may be some shops which do not give you any preorder bonus:

In my eyes the actual anniversary edition should include them all, regardless if preordered or not, but sadly it doesn't.
