maybe....maybe not not. IMO... definitely. $59.00 comes no where near the amount of money spent on developing GT5 No where near. I expect an additional 30-40 bucks on DLCs and Spec updates.
Totally disagree. For a start they have all the money raised from selling Prologue - a very smart move in that it was essentially a "zero cost" production. Couple that with the sheer number of copies of GT5 that will be sold, they will easily make their development costs back. If they end up with another 30-40 bucks worth of DLC, that's totally optional, that's just good business, milking the franchise.

I'll agree with anyone who can devert my 30-40 bucks back to my beer fund or racing seat.

Now back to the orginial subject. 'Delay or Release GT5 asap after Tokyo game show....' IMO GT5 will be released this year and the completed Gran Turismo 5 will be released with further Spec updates and DLC content. KY is a perfectionist. I'm sure he has plans to add more or finally aquiring those last few manufactures.

My prediction: Press release at or immediately after TGS announcing a release date of somewhere in the first week of December along with details of PS3 Slim+GT5 bundle(s).

Dec 4th I thought...
This says a FIFA bundle for Spain in October.

This says UK bundles for October, featuring Uncharted 2, GT5, and Assassin's Creed 2. Of course, AC2 isn't due until Nov. 20th.

This also says October bundles for the UK. They don't know what games yet, but say that Sony will be announcing the bundles at TGS.

Of course, it's all just rumors until it happens, and at least one of the "October bundles" won't actually be out until November, so who knows. :indiff:

Interesting... Must have missed those links - sometimes this forum is a right arse to get info out of - miss a couple of days - and you miss info...

Either that or it gets buried in either a) wishlist or b) fan wars!
