Love the thread. Just wish the game had my beloved BMW E30 M3 in it. I feel lost without it. Anyway I am looking for a decent tune fir the 2002, I have one and will post it, but I have terrible tyre wear. Does not help that I am still on controller not wheel, but it's a great car to drive! Cheers

Hi Rennen,

Appreciate all of these great tunes, many of which I have adopted.

Missing from the great German car line up, and a tune I have been seeking for some time is for the Audi R8 LMS Race Car 09 (Team Playstation).

A tune for the great car would be much appreciated.

Best

I too would greatly appreciate and be very interested to see what you could do with a Dodge Viper SRT 10 '08. All of your tunes have been the best for that car for me to this point and i have struggled with this car forever and cant find a tune for it. If not it's all good i appreciate all previous tunes :)

Deutsche Rennen,

Thank you for your ABT Audi TT R Touring tune. (say that 5 times fast)

Anyway, will you please post your setup for the Audi A4 Touring?

I thought I read in one of your posts that you already have a setup for it.

NOTE: This 124hp car is good for 8:27.239 or better at the ring with sports tires, that's 10 seconds faster than a 1997 nsx. Look here to see what else it beat;

Just wanted to delurk and thank you for this one: it's an absolutely amazing tuning job.

Thank you again for the BMW GTR 03 tune, I just ran a 7:02 at Nordschleife with 434hp 1178kg, with a DS3 controller. This is the first lap on this track with this car. For me this time is one of my best in a street car with this power and weight.

Trying to find a decent Nordschleife setup for my CSL. I tried out yours, and it was a very good way to start with. Got two questions though.

  1. Why do you keep the rear higher than the front? For looks? I choose equal ride height and it gave faster laptimes in my case.
  2. Why would you have a weaker roll bar in the front, when inevitably the CSL is a car that's ever so slightly heavier in front than the rear? I know, it's almost 50/50, but not exactly, and that's also reflected in your spring rates.

Please explain your viewpoint, I'd appreciate. And by the way: A real-life anti-roll bar for a CSL has a 30,8 mm diameter in the front and a 22,5 mm diameter in the rear. See links:

Is your BMW Z4 M coupe fully tuned? If not, how high can it be tuned? And what tires would be the most sensible for the nurburgring?

Deutsche
I am taking requests for any German cars in need of a tune. Give me the car, desired power level and track. I have tunes for, VW, RUF, AUDI, HPA, Mercedes, Ferrari, and BMW with more to come.
When did Ferrari become a German company.........?
Nowhere in that quote does it imply Ferrari is German.
They'll accept a request of only German cars, that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to tune whatever they want on their own time.

Hello. I have been using your Karmann-Ghia tune for a Classic Car Cup online at 370PP. With a little extra weight the old VW fits right in there.

Although the cars all run on Comfort softs, I have to say: your tune is absolutely perfect for my driving style.

The car is very loose, but once you get used to it, you rarely loose control. The car has 0 understeer (normal for a RR) and some constant oversteer (Comfort Soft) that is easy to control and to take advantage of.

Yes, at this power level, sliding can be a way to gain time. I believe it is called inertia drift, where the car is going slightly sideways but no smoke is visible form the rear tires.

Well, I'll cut to the chase. At 370PP, no car before 1969 can compete with this little Beetle in a technical course.

A big Thank You from this random guy who once said "What the hell, I'll take the pimpmobile and try to make something out of it".

I am taking requests for any German cars in need of a tune. Give me the car, desired power level and track. I have tunes for, VW, RUF, AUDI, HPA, Mercedes, Ferrari, and BMW with more to come. I do this in real life mostly on mild vw's and Audis so is like to think I know the concept. I hope I can help all the German auto enthusiasts out there. I ask nothing in return only that you continue to drive these fine German machines and that you provide me with feedback when using my tunes. My shop is Deutsch Rennsport.

NOTE: I will edit this post as I introduce more tunes over time. I do not always max the cars out, the power levels I quote are my desired levels. It is up to you to decide on power.

are these tunes for drag racing?
