Yes. Every time I go out I see at least three of these. They're. Not. Good.
I don't agree, never will and will continue to post them. You can argue against that all you want, but you are never going to get anywhere.

I'll only post a GT if it's Nicky customized. I won't if it's stock.
Modded ones can be cool.

Now, not to say a GT isn't a good car, they're awesome. So are Camaros (to me anyway), but unless it's a Zl1, it's a little common for the thread. I love all muscle cars, new or old. That's why I like the Southern united states, I see several muscle cars in a week, some rare, some not so much. I take pictures of GTs, but I keep them to myself. And if I get duplicate colors, I keep the better pic.

Muscle cars, even 6 cylinders qualify in my book.

What doesn't qualify is your average grandma Camry.

As far as GT's, I see maybe one or 2 on the street, every 8 months, and most at the drag strip. Most of them are 6 cyl cars on the street and even those aren't too common. Everyone here drivers Chevy trucks.

You get my point. You should see how many sweet Subarus I pass up.

Anyways, am I the only one who sometimes gets caught up admiring a spot so much that I can't be bothered to take a picture?

No. But, taking a picture is the first thing I do. :sly:

I passed up one of those Volvo 240 Estate things last week. Stuck out like a sore thumb. Same one in GT6

Speaking of the 240 Estates, are those good spots? One of those passed me the other day and I couldn't get a picture. I've seen a few 240 sedans but that wagon was the only one I've seen.

Nope, when I was walking around in a neighborhood today. I saw a house that had quite a collection of vehicles in the driveway. It had a C6 Corvette Z06, Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG, Chevrolet Silverado SS 454, & a 1971 Pontiac GTO LeMans with a "The Jury" sticker on the back. There was also a muscle car in the garage that I can't exactly remember what it was.

I WANT TO POST THEM JUST BECAUSE IT'S A Volvo wagon but I don't think they qualify as "good."

As much as I love them, I have to disagree. Unless it's a vintage or special, muscle cars are just too common here. A few examples.

Rare/uncommon/considered by the general public as good:
Vintage Fords.
Vintage Chevrolet(not sure on the proper way to make this plural...)s.
Vintage Dodges.
Vintage Oldsmobiles.
Vintage Plymouths.
Vintage Pontiacs (there was a Goat somewhere around my old house, back before I even liked cars)
Special Mustangs (Shelby, Saleen, Roush).
Vintage trucks (I generally don't post them if they're past 1973)
Basically anything pre-1970's, and most stuff from 70-78.

Common/generally considered inappropriate for the thread:
Modern Fords (base and yes, GT Mustangs.).
Modern Chevrolets (Except ZL1,and in certain areas the SS is decent, especially if it's been modded nice).
Modern Dodges (except Daytonas and SRT8s)
Modern Pontiacs.
Modern-ish Oldsmobiles.
Modern Trucks (Exceptions are the more powerful variants, IE SRT-10 Rams, Ford Lightnings)

Hopefully this will help someone who's questioning what they should post (Anyone, feel free to add/correct the list, this is just what I go by).

I partly agree.

I saw that F100 again; looks like someone bought it. The guy has money...

And 57 Bel Air

GT with the CS package is alright; they don't produce a whole lot of them. GTs in general are not worthy of a post in the other thread because of the sheer number of them.

Not even the GT california special, thought they were a limited production?
It was a factory option for $2000. It's better than the regular GT though... I guess it's ok.
@playnthru If I took a pictue of every Mini Cooper S I saw every day I would have like 10 pictures and everyone would hate me. How are those good spots?

Sure, I agree about the Mini. But it has cool custom plates and dogs.;)

GT/CS Mustangs might be a fairly cheap option, but I don't see many. Even here.:indiff:
