I was in Greenwich today and I drove past Miller Motorcars. How's this for a dealership: Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Bugatti. So yeah, I saw some impressive cars.

Yep, 100% real at the RM place here in Michigan.

No, we were at a holding place for som of the cars. I wish I was at the real auction.

Here you go Cano, I took a bunch of Avanti pictures. Not sure if I have enough but here's some.

OH

MY

GOD.

It's actually BETTER than what I had ever hopped. What's with this place? I mean, it was the Avanti factory, then it got closed and all this stuff was left behind or what? I mean COME ON, look how many there are, and many of them are maybe even driveable!!! the stashes of parts are awesome!!!! damn damn, what a place, I'd love to go poke around there at night with a tripod!!! And of course, i'd also love an Avanti. And yes, the Nardi. WTF.

Man, many many thanks for trespassing, hahaha!!

Now, can I get the pictures in their real, life-size resolution? :0

It was a small assembly plant I think. It look fairly abandoned and not visited to often. There was one truck that looked like it rolled up recently but the place itself looked fairly closed.

No problem for the trespassing, I was curious to so it was kind of fun. I'll upload some larger pictures tomorrow, my main computer is off, but I'll get them up tomorrow.

And second, as you may know, I had a webpage with all these cars, and I want to bring it t life again as a blog. Can I put them there once I put it together?

Anyway, thanks for the kickassssss pictures, its just what the doctor ordered, snow-fried tin in the morning.

Many thanks dude, I'll post them in the blog once I start it and report to you, haha

In the meanwhile, the almost 4000 pixels is big enough, thanks!!

Oh and by the way, those Lancer wagons look like crap. what the heck? O_o

Damn, the thieves couldn't get into the cars so they took the wheels instead? :D

Reminds me of the English family I was living with when I was studying in the UK. One time in the middle of the night he was woken up by some noise from the front of the house, when he went out to check he was approached by a thug, he was beaten to the ground and the 2 thugs fled. The punks were trying to steal the wheels from his Celica and he caught them in the act... This was in a pretty posh neighborhood so it was quite a shock to the community.

I came home the next day late at night only to find his face bruised when he opened the door for me. ******g asswipes.

Wow. That's all the people that showed up to save SAAB? Kinda sad really. I was expecting a lot more SAAB fanatics.

There were two rows of cars and about 4 or five behind that. The whole rally was set up maybe a week before, so it was really kind of a quick thing. But man, we made it on our local 7 news, Autoblog, Jalopnik, and other things. People came from Massachusetts, Wisconsin, New Jersey, New York, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and of coarse Michigan.

Roush's place again. I couldn't figure out a good setting, so a lot are a little blurry.

I ♥ this thread.

Randomly came across this classic car dealership today. One of the best find ever for me. I have pictures of every car, but I'm only going to post some, I don't want to post 50 some cars.

Superbird, owners car only $150,000 if it was for sale

damn that GTR40 looks incredibly serious!!!

Also, Alitalia Stratos = OMG.

The classic rally cars were awesome, and Stig Blomqvist made an appearance in a Quattro too!

As for the girls, there was some fine 'bodywork' on display from them but they were mostly lacking in the looks department. :yuck:

Great photos! I concur that the GTR40 looks somewhat purposeful. What's the story on it? Great rally cars too. Not sure about the license plate on the little Mini (?!)

Nice shots with the #60 Mark Martin Winn-Dixie cars. Reminds me of a long time ago. The green and black Trans-Am Mustang, that's Tommy Kendall's car right? I was watching a race from '94 on youtube, cool cars, cool series.

Did you find everything in the live arena a little quiet? Certainly made the Quattro seem a little boring, even with Stig at the wheel.

I'm not so sure, there were a fair few 9's and 10's there! (Pirelli blonde :sly:)
