Went to Drift Spot again at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway and caught this Shelby Daytona...just in time on it's way out. Likely a replica.

Once again this NSX appeared to have a go.

It's been a long time since I attended the FIA GT1 & GT3 race on the Moscow Raceway - it was September, 2, 2012. But, however, I think late is better than never, so I'm sharing my photos from that event. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good camera, so these pics are taken by phone.

First pit-stop wave

During the race, I didn't spot anything more interestng on this start/finish line I was having view on. I was watching the rest of the race on monitors.
But when it finished, I spotted this:

The race winners on pit lane. First three (McLarens and black Audi) are GT1, others are GT3.

Audi pilots coming out. They seem to be Oliver Jarvis and Frank Stippler.

These appear to be McLaren racers. I guess the left one is Álvaro Parente, in the middle is Grégoire Demoustier... but who is the third one? Maybe some of you can tell?

When it all finished, the cars ended up there...

...where I managed to shoot them more closely.

I remember that Ford was accelerating kinda strange - it seemed like its gearbox was damaged - probably lost one gear.

I guess they didn't feel good during the rain, but when the track surface dried up a bit, their performance became notably better.

And this is me and Ferrari 458 GT3 of the Russian team - Esta Group. They finished 2nd and 3rd in their class.

^That Gransport near the end... It's actually very rare. It's a Maserati GranSport MC Victory '06. Released to celebrate winning the 2005 FIA GT Manufacturers' Cup. Only 180 units were produced!

...or someone simply ordered a bodykit to their GranSport

What a set, waffles! This event looks like one hell of a paradise for a car freak like me!

I wish there were events like this here in Warsaw. At least I'll get to see some Gumball 3000 in near future

I remember seeing it last year too! I'll probably put that picture up in the questionable mods thread as well. I'm sure what ever car was sacrificed to make that was probably a lot better looking!

Thanks for filling me in about my unknown. I saw it had Italia badges, but I didn't see anything other than that. Never seen a Triumph Italia either, though it seems that I missed the Stags, just like last year when a I missed a Jensen Interceptor. Oh well there's always next year.

Also moving forward, I've found that another local car show(Super Cars on State Street in Harrisburg, PA) will be having a Konigsegg CCX in attendence!!!!!

I'm not 100% sure if the Konigsegg is from PA, the said they were going to do a photo shoot then they'd put the pictures of it up.

Although as of now I have no idea whether it may show up or not, I have heard that there is a Zonda in Central PA. I've never seen it, but last year one of the guys on Ferrari Chat, who knows where the owner lives(and supposedly has seen the car), dropped some flyers off for the show in Hershey back in April. Unfortunately they never heard anything back.
