Big post. Pulled over to the side of the road to take pictures of my car, got back in on the passenger side to look at the pictures when this big group of classic cars started cruising by.

Edit: Took this one with my phone later on.

Did he just make it look like it or did he literally convert it, which I'm guessing he did. I've always wanted one but can careless if it's turbo and etc.

He bought Evo VI parts from all over the world and shipped it to the US, where he then assembled it on a Mirage. He retrofitted the Evo VI engine, the all wheel drive system, exterior body panels, interior, wiring, and even the rear window with a functional wiper.

haha looks like the line of classics is going in reverse by the first few photos!

and, C6's are common even in Northeast Ohio. and, why blank out plates, again? I mean, they're on the car, which people take out in public, so... it's not like a secret/social or anything. plus, there's not even any (legal) way to lookup any information about the owner from the plate... so why, again?

and, just on the way to work, right in my neighborhood, lovely Bronco, not sure what year

meh, if you're taking a photo of a guy with a nice car pulling into his driveway, yeah, I wouldn't post that, but at least in America, the only way you can get important info from a plate is if you work for the DMV/BMV or the police or something like that...

aside, that ZL-1 I posted yesterday got added to "in explore", some sort of super Flickr group, crazy, now it's my most viewed photo by about 2000 over my M3 "SCUZ M3", which at 831 views was more than double any other photo of mine... also stopped back to give the owner one of my Flickr cards so he could have the pic for himself, and he's all happy with a shop full of friends/customers and goes ahead and tells me that he took it up to 150mph last night, damn! illegal, but cars are meant to be driven... and a lot safer at high speed than they used to be.

Well, I was just giving you some insight Jeff, I kinda think it's silly too. Which is why I'm no longer doing the censoring thing.

With that said, I went for a little walk around a neighborhood and I found a few somewhat interesting cars lurking around.

Could there be a e36 M3 under this tarp perhaps? and it's next to an oddly modded Chevrolet Astro van.

I mentioned that I missed a spot of an old Volvo that I thought was interesting a while back. Well, here's what it looks like. It was apparently a 242 DL.

I don't know exactly what pickup truck this is that's being barely covered by a car cover.

I'm going to probably get backlash for this, but whatever. I personally found this interesting, because I never seen one before. I had no idea that there was a Cavalier hatchback at one point, I only thought they came as coupes and it looks to be a Z24 variant.

Chevrolet C/K Pickup, I think that's what this is called.

Note: I also thought I took a picture of another couple cars, but I apparently forgot to. I saw a house with quite an interesting little car collection. Oh well, I'll have to go check it out again later on. My phone needs a charge.

haha I had a 1986 Cavalier hatch as my 2nd car, amazing how much I could pack into it as that was when I was going back and forth to/from college. not a z24, sadly.

and I'm fine with motorcycles, I don't know anything except "Hayabusa are fast", but I think even I've posted a couple.

My aunt use to own 2 cavaliers, 1 was a blue early 90s one and 1 was a black late 90s Z24. The Z24 wasn't bad on accelaration to me, although that's probably because I was 8 and my dad decided to give it a test drive on a hilly road.

Your red truck is a 1980-1986 Ford F100 or F-150 Flareside. F-100s were dropped in 82, so the only way to tell is to look at the grill/badge on the fender. Notice the bottom of the letter "D" on the tailgate under the tarp. This blue one is missing the F-150 badge.

_______________

As far as the Bronco, could be anything from 1973-1979, can't tell unless I see the grill.
