That guys ability to plastidip is bad. And the emblem looks stupid without the O ring... And it doesn't help that you can still see where it was...

What you (thankfully) can't see are the atrocious black wheels with red lips it was riding on.

What kind of supersonic eyesight do you have? I wear glasses and even I can't tell, even with the picture enlarged.

@Doog do you remember if the "cl55" had quad or dual exhaust? Were they chrome? I can't tell from the pic.

The reason I ask is because it looks off and the bumper isn't oem.

That's a great deal, but I have to wonder how much they'd take off if someone didn't want those atrocious wheels.
I'm not quite sure on the engine or anything. I mean it clearly works, but other than that it's iffy.

And I hate those wheels.

That's definitely unique then... I can't find that bumper anywhere and it has the "frosty" tailights, which either means it's a 2000 model or replaced the tailights for... whatever reason.

If the guy was ballsy enough to remove the circle of the emblem & plasti-dip, he's probably spent money elsewhere on the car. Not a very expensive model anymore.

Where the hell did I say anything about the value... All I said was the rear emblem looks bad and the rear bumper is unique. And it has 2000-model tailights.

An F150 in the UK? That's so weird

Great example of "context is everything!"

And, way too much grass in some posts a couple pages back.

And, homeforsummer, that's the most likes any post here has ever received, just so you know. And yes, I added one to it. Freaking amazing stuff there. All goosebumpy.

Not spotting, not a nice day, not anywhere fancy, but still have a few to share.

Always stop for a a70 Supra. Stepped inside the store to find the owner and ask if okay to take pic, smoking hot 20 year old chick, made this spot better x2 at least for me (was too shy but wanted to ask for pic of her with car...)

and it looks like this Land Rover might just get to do what it was built for, rather than moving kids between social activities and shopping etc.

not a great shot, but a super fast snap as I was exiting the freeway that I think turned out nice

and, pics or it didn't happen, but as I was stepping out for a smoke from a gamestore where I like to geek out on Monday nights, I see a Quattroporte coming, and decide to jog to my car and see if I can get a photo (camera in the car.) Did get the photo (but long range, cropped would only be like 120x60...) but the interesting/fun part worth sharing, I get back home to see how the photo turned out, and there's also an IH Scout in the photo! Way to the other side, would be terrible to post, but I thought some folks here might appreciate the fun of a discovered combo shot like that. Plus it was getting dark...

Instead of taking it personal, why don't you re-read it. If the guy was going to change the emblems, it's not surprising he would change anything else. It's not an expensive model to acquire, thus anyone could easily buy one & put distasteful mods on one such as that guy.

Thanks 👍 Unfortunately I can't guarantee posts like that every time, that was mainly to make up for the fact I'd forgotten to post all of those for ages!

Citroen Visa Cabriolet:

Special (to me) for two reasons: First, my Mum drove me to primary school and back in a regular Visa which was a year older than this one, and second, there are currently only four of these registered in the UK, so it is one of the rarest cars I will see in a long time..
