While a 1980s Caprice/Impala might not be considered to be a very rare by the American members of this forum (I believe it was the best selling car model in the US back then?), this 1988 example stands out imho because it is still being used as a taxi.

Yup!

The inboard lights are removed for a "Ram Air" type set up. The battery was also relocated to the bed for weight transfer I imagine. The back wheels are also 15x10 with 275's. See how the rear trim rings barley fit the widened wheels.
