Yup it's salt, you wouldn't be able to tell from the picture but we had gotten 2 inches the night before.

I also like the fact that there's two black Jeep Commanders right in the same general spot!

Look back at both those photos, is it just me or is there four of them all flanking the Vantage?

Aston Martin V8 Vantage, they aren't really common around here.

wow, you guys see Ferraris, Lambos and whatnot all day, and 206's and Smart's are rare.
Just the opposite here.

On the other hand, a Saturn I saw yesterday would probably earn me a SergeBadge™ if I was an American, even though it's probably one of a kind in Israel.

It's Michigan, everyone and their brother owns one it seems. I seriously think Chrysler gave them away...like the Caliber and Nitro.

Serge,
That's an F430, with Scuderia Carbon backpanel (F chat guy taught me :D)

👍

Yeh I saw one when I went to spain and talked to the owner on FChat. I think it makes it look better actually 👍

Agreed on that. Gives you a bit of diversity. But it's not cheap. The Challenge grill comes with the $10K CF engine cover.

I've seen around 20+ 430's and I think only 4 of those had the carbon panel on the back. Of all the 360's I have seen, most have the black perforated cover from the Challenge. IMO it looks a lot better in black on the 360, 430 and 355 alike.

Well I didn't see any rare cars to day but these cars are different I guess you can say.....

Car & Driver's Mazda from some race not sure which one (I thought it was cool)

New Pontiac Vibe GT...I think its pretty new

IMG_1863.jpg

New Subaru Forester

IMG_1865.jpg

Then we found some place that had alot of cars but without bumpers like..

The new Ford Flex

IMG_1869.jpg

New I think Lincon MK S it looks like

IMG_1872.jpg

A Ford that lookes like its for roll over testing

IMG_1868.jpg

The HHR but I didn't remeber the front and they had a few of them

 Awesome post overall. And taht 1 series is amazing in black. I thought you said tint was illegal?

Oh and would the chopper have anything to do with that sunken Ukrainian boat?

It is but as I said ,some people are willing to take the risk of a fine.

I finally saw a 08 Viper ACR today but I will be damned that it was coming at me down the road, it looked goofy as hell too. I didn't think they were street legal because of the tires but it appears that I am wrong.

I also saw a Bentley GT as well and even photographed it. It's nothing real special though now that I think about it, I probably should quit taking pictures of them.

Ah ok thank you...my dad and I had that as a possibility but we weren't sure...I'm not sure why but that car just looks so cool to me.

With that said, every now and again I'll go absolutely ****ing nuts and that's what makes this absolutely worth it.

It truly does. There's always something new, and there's always something I haven't seen before (in person). That's what I'm always looking for.

M5Power
Second best photo in the thread (after yellow Carrera GT :D).

No shame in that statement. :D

Is that a conversion or the real thing?

M5Power

That's a nice photo.

Rue

Speaking of 280SE 3.5's....

Mercedes-Benz 280SE 3.5

It's fantastic-looking from all angles. Not sure how rare the 3.5 is (probably not too much), but it's certainly a great GT by any standard.

Mercedes-Benz CL55 AMG ~2004

Almost snuck by me as I was driven past the corner here. The CL-class AMG's seem to be the rarest of all, but AMG is hardly a rare badge in these parts.

Bentley Continental GT

The two-tone look had me wondering what the deal might have been, but it just amounted to the car having...two colors.

Bentley Flying Spur

Still nice enough for me. Stuck in traffic, it still seemed serene.

Audi S6

Anything with a V10 gets my attention. Heard this guy drive up, and even at parking lot speeds it sounds fantastic.

Smart ForTwo

First one I've gotten to see up close, and given how much more popular they're becoming, it's probably the last one I'll post. Until I see a Brabus version....

Freightliner P2 Strut

At least, I think it's the Strut edition. There's the badge on front and all. But the thing's massive. Bigger than the International CXT, I think, and there's the even bigger P2XL and P4XL! The cab on this alone is higher than the E-class wagon next to it, and it's a good 10% wider than the already-wide parking spots. Ridiculous...and amazing. Ironic license plate, though. I can't imagine this thing being any sort of 'fast'.

Oh, and more.

Yeah, the Viper ACR runs Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires which are just barely street legal.

Oh my..... how big are those Freightliner? They look huge!!!!!! They look just as big as one of those big rig trucks..... The only thing I can see bigger than this is a Peterbilt, but I'll never get to see both of those here.... :(

That's because they're supposed to be. Freightliner is a semi truck builder and builds these for folks who want a more versatile semi. These models though, are built under the sub-division, SportChassis, but are based upon Freightliner's Business Class M100/106 model.
Price? Around $270,000.

Of course though, many consider these as perfect substitutes to motorhomes if you're traveling alone somewhere. And just about every semi truck builder in the US has 1 of these little models. International, though, has been credited to having some of the better trucks and are more customizable. You'll find Ford & Chevrolet also attempting a similar product, though they usually don't stack quite up to these things as Freightliner, International, etc. have more experience in these products.

Its getting warmer here these days and the nicer cars are starting to come out. This is all i saw yesterday
