Black F430 with a full Novitec kit minus the spoiler, and smoked tail lights. Sexy look, but becoming a common one for the owners.

Exigeracer,

Do you lug a DSLR around downtown to get those pics? Must be pretty bulky and "paparazzi - like" when you start snapping at random traffic.

This was behind a local shopping mall. They were loading up dozens upon dozens of X6s and 1-series coupes and convertibles onto transport vehicles. Provided me with a good look at the new cars!

What is the car to the Maybach's left? It looks like a Chinese knock-off of the previous generation S class.

2001-2006 Lexus LS430.

One of the boringest cars around...

Yeah, full DSLR. I normally carry it around anyways, just to snap random pictures. I don't think anyone notices me while driving though.

Roo doesn't know Lexus is from Japan? :ill:

Wait....or is he talking about to the car's left?

It looks like a Lexus ES....

On the left of the Maybach is an '01-'06 Lexus LS430. On the Maybach's left is an '02-'06 Lexus ES.

I dont see these very often. The guy was weaving in and out between traffic and gunning it all the time. Probably not his car, hense the dealer plate

Quite a shame about the X6. Ignoring that it is a blasphemous idea that is inconceivably pointless, I find it sad that BMW feels the need to make another unlicenced copy of the Pontiac Aztek (not to mention a rip-off of an idea that was done 20 years ago yet claim it as a new segment). Especially when they could have easily made it look much better (by not making the rear end increase so much in height compared to the front, BMW could have conceivably had a CLS fighter, albeit a heavy one).

That's the last gen LS in your picture. The Lexus in Doug's pic is the current gen which I personally think is the more attractive of the big luxury sedans. I see S-Classes and 7-Series all the time and the LS has much more road presence if you ask me.

The one in my shot (on the left of the Maybach) is the '01-'06 - I promise! Check the fog lights vs. a new model.

Great shots of the 1-series, M5Power. 👍

I think BMW definitely got it right with the 1-series. However price wise, I was expecting something under $25k cad, it's a damn small car. But I guess you have to pay the premium for a BMW.

I'm bored, so instead of waiting for more photos, I just processed today's to kill some time. Nothing too special.

I met a fellow NTTGA member (North Texas Third Gen Association) today. And his 'bird looked stunning in person.
