Ferrari of Denver did not sell and will not receive any 8Cs. I was saddened by that. Sorry!

pedal on the right makes it go forward, one in the middle stops it,the pedal on the left helps you move the lever in the centre of the car and the big circle thing in front of you? that makes you go left and right.

HTH

BTW that is a s club racer.

And lack of a back window? Extremely harsh ride? KILL ME!!! We got one in on trade the other day - two years old, 572 miles. I don't blame the dude.

Oh I know - I washed it!

exigeracer
Exige Clubracer, one of only 25. Keep in mind there are a kajillion special edition Elises and Exiges, so their exclusivity has gone down somewhat.

We have, I think, five Elises and an Exige on our showroom floor right now, and of them three are special editions. The regular one is more special! Haha

Nether do van's,isnt an issue for them and it has a mesh engine cover so you can see out of the back and extreme overexaggeration on the ride i think.

I've never been in a van that didn't have a rear window. I've driven a few vans that didn't have SIDE windows (except driver and passenger front) and it was an issue.

The engine cover may be mesh, but you cannot see through the separator between the engine and the passenger compartment - it is completely black. In fact the Exiges on our lot do not even have a mid-mounted rear-view mirror.

I actually don't think the ride is that bad, but it IS harsh, and when you couple that with EXTREMELY firm seats, you get a pretty tough experience. We had a guy buy a supercharged Elise and then drive it to and from Kansas in a weekend, putting over 1,000 miles on the car. Everyone in the shop was stunned.

What are you, 63 years old? Listen to yourself!

Despite claiming to be the correct age and gender, you clearly don't belong in the target age bracket for the entire brand. There is no practicality allowed when the car weighs less than anything produced within the last 10 years that doesn't get kit car exemption.

 Actually I love the cars - it's my height that's the problem. Six foot three (I dunno how you measure height in the UK but that's 191cm) means I'm out of luck on long trips in an Exige/Elise. And by long trips I mean greater than two miles. Sucks.

Based on the typical owner pool, I thought the target bracket for the Elise was 45-year-olds suffering from mid-life crises.

With Lotus sponsoring the current Motley Crue tour, you'd think so, eh?

Their marketing team is so backwards it's hard to tell. Either way, when a baby blue Exige with racing stripes goes by a 20 yearold, he shouldn't be thinking about rear visibility or seat cushioning, that's for sure. :D

Indeed man, all of the stuff that's posted is apreciated, of course there are cars that are more intresting than others and that seems to be the ones we are reply to, but I also love to see every ingle thing people post. I'd like to se more abandoned cars, tough (:

And the Aston is intense, the car looks great in that colour!

Like that one Cano.

It's not really abondoned, the owner still drives it.

Do any of you guys remember way back when, i saw an E46 M3 (this was when they werent every other car...) and got a ride in it by some guy who lived round the corner?

Well that guy popped into where i work today and i got chatting to him.

"you still got the M3 then?"
"Nope, sold that a while ago, got a Noble now, selling that as well though"

I've seen a Blue Noble M12 GTO around here before but i never thought it'd be him, I've already tracked down his ad and sent him an email, he's a really nice guy so i might get a chance to photograph the thing. :D

I've not seen it yet but hopefully i will soon. Not sure what he's planning on buying next, he seems to like fast, great handling cars though, could be a Lotus Elise (well thats my guess anyway). I'll keep you updated and post photos if i get them. :)

*EDIT* - just saw an XK8. The picture turned out horrible though :(

Corner of Burwood Highway and Mountain Highway.

Unlikely to be the same then...

I saw over the weekend:
Lambo Countach (Some type of special edition IIRC)
Merc E63
AMV8
Audi RS4
New FG Falcon (F6 and GT)

Pics to come IF my phone is working properly.

I'd like to direct your attention to the new Photography and Cameras section, where I'm going to try to expand GTP's car photography database. I've got my own thread there too, where I'll show and explain some my work. I guess this means I won't be posting as much in this thread because the cars I shoot aren't necessarily rare. Here's something for the meantime.

That back wheel well is screaming replica though.
