'CGT and 977 GT2'
'966 GT2'
(snippy snip..)

Dont you mean 997 GT2 ( Nice btw ) and 996 GT2 ( love both the GT2's 👍 )

Last Wednesday I saw a black Mustang like that, but with
2 beige or gold stripes on it, I dont see the differense between these colours
without my glasses.

Hmmm, Gold stripes on the side as well? Could have been a Shelby GT350H possibly?

On the Blue fezza: I disagree, i really like that dark metallic blue, not sure why, its so understated i'd probably rather have it to the overpopular ferrari rosso corsa.

Please for the love of god no-one mention parking, im sick of that old argument now...

the original 350H s were sold off after Hertz realized what a liability and pain it was to keep control of the cars and their rare parts. The new Hertz 'Stangs were auctioned off recently as well I believe.

Awesome spot, Serge! 👍

Nice spot serge, but horrible parking, as always
Thanks guys. :)

It looked like that one.

My first Mazda 6 MPS.

That's a Shelby there, only a GT Mustang with an intake really. It had a $20,000 premium just because "Shelby" was on the bootlid and side striping.

The Mazdaspeed6/MPS 6 is just an awesome car now for the money. You can pick them up lightly used for $20,000 now which considering what you get is great. Nice spot on it Serge, they seem to be fairly rare around me.

Don't forget the Billet grill!

The Audi to the right looks like it was parked worse.

20k can also get you a used example of either of the two other 4wd, turbocharged 4 cylinder Japanese sedans, you know... Both of which will run circles around the poor Mazda.

But are they as comfortable? I've only ever been the passenger of an STi for a very brief time and thought of it as uncomfortable while the Mazdaspeed6 seemed like I could go for a long journey in it and be fine. Plus the Mazda looks a lot less boy racer-ish.

Well the EVO VIII/IX was never sold in Canada so I can't tell you about that, but I don't feel the STi is as harsh as everyone makes it, after driving it for a few weeks now... Of course, I'm used to driving very stiff cars, so my perception of comfortable isn't the same as everyone else I guess.

We're going totally off subject here, but I wonder what kind of prices the Legacy is averaging these days... I don't hate the MS6 at all, but a 2.5GT is both a better car and a better looker.

Speaking of lookers, I attended a drifting event today, Nissan Canada had a GT-R on display, first one I've ever seen in the flesh... For 82k I was expecting a bit more, it really looks like a bloated 350Z, something the pictures don't really show IMO.

That looks a lot like Tour de France, which is a gorgeous color. I absolutely fell in love with it on the Challenge Stradale after seeing it at LoH.

Driven several TdF Ferraris - IMHO an awful color that does nothing for the lines of the vehicle - especially an exciting shape like the 355.

if its got 100,000 miles on it you may be able to get it for 20k. and you can get an MS6 for UNDER 20k with mileage less than the price.

Whoooa, that Olds ragtop is awesome and the new Lincoln is a very good-looking car! Great post, this one; I like your posts Cyborg!

Let’s post a little something, first this 1954 -I think- Chevrolet ragtop, pretty rare model to find here, most are fordooors; it was pretty well restored and freaking far away; taken from a bus.
ghg087.jpg

Nissan 260 Z, very rare in Mexico because they were never sold here, the fistful that commute around come from the US, often illegally imported :D This one was in good shape and was being reworked around its fender.
ghg085.jpg

A new Audi TT roadster, first ragtop I see on the street, and in pure white, cool.
ghg083.jpg

CELAN BBS-shod MKII Golf with the right stance, I LOVE those wheels andthey fit the car perfectly.

In a parking lot there was this trio, first, this Duster wich I had seen when it was just a I-6 car that looked nice; then it had a 360 small-block transplanted that sounds incredible but is slow as heck! I don’t know why because it has a very good recipe, but turns 16s on the quarter -_-
ghg079.jpg

At its side, this mid-60s Datsun with the horrid aftermarket wheels but otherwise well kept, I like the colour, and check out the fiberglass enclosement for the audio system in the rear window:
ghg078.jpg

And finally, this old friend from the previous post, the flatbed VW bug:
ghg077.jpg

Then, this awesomeawesomeawesome 1968 Barracuda in very flat primer and with those huge rear tires and powdercoated Torq-Thrusts; the thing looks to be a work in progress, I sure hope it doesn’t get painted when they finish it (if they install a big block, that would also help):

Very nice! Oettinger used to do a lot of the factory performance modifications for VW, and while I'm uncertain if they ever sold an Oettinger-badged model (that would suggest that they did), its a rare find either way in such good condition. An excellent spot!

M5Power

Is it bad if I think that's irrelevant already? Also, does that make you "first" or not?

Thanks, I enjoy yours too! I'm loving the 'Cuda and Duster in this last post. And I agree with you about the Golf's wheels; they're made even better with those black wheel arches. The car looks fun.

Nah, it’s just a badge, if they did some factory Oettinger models there would be none here, but it is a really cool car indeed, sooo clean.

^ Crap, I didn't even think of that (didn't bother looking around back for a badge). And if that smudge on the grille is one, I'm blind. Thanks for the correction.

That "standard" Olds Cutlass is one super sexy beast. I even love that blue too! And that Cuda was sex.

I saw a 300ZX (Z32) convertible. It was hideous, but the first one I've ever seen, so I'm a bit disappointed I couldn't get a pic. What I did shoot, however:
