They aren't very rare. I see a few every week, and this is coming from someone who has only seen 1 Lamborghini and 2 Ferraris in the city I live in. I see an EVO maybe once every 2 weeks and I work at a Mitsubishi dealership.

I can't say they are everywhere, but not exactly hard to find.
