Probably a drug dealer, like all the other SL owners :sly:

Saw this yesterday:

Well, technically I see it virtually every day I'm on campus, but not taken a photo until now.

I've also discovered the whereabouts of a Daihatsu Midget II, i.e. the odd, slow thing that most of you probably only drive in Gran Turismo just to get 100% completion but I drive often, for fun  I'll try and take a photo next time I'm that end of town.

Is the Daihatsu Midget II this type of one? Saw this one the other week at Rockingham used as a tyre transporter.

Yup, that's the one. I didn't catch too much of a glimpse of it as I was driving past where it was parked, but I think it's owned by a takeaway or something as it was painted in the same colours as the shop it was parked in front of.

Sun comes out, cars follow....

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X

A sure sign of someone who can no longer afford the payments on their car.

Porsche 911 Turbo 2008

Just a wonderful car, that's all.

Porsche Cayenne 2009

I have never seen the external spare option on a Cayenne. I didn't even know it existed! Looking at the tire wrapped around it, though, it must be a V6 Cayenne. ;)

Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG 2004

See? That's an SL65. :P

Audi RS6 2002

One of many stops for gas, I'm sure.

Ford Mustang Saleen S281 Convertible

Nice example of contrasts.

Ferrari 360 Spider

Still looking for Mr. Angry's Angrier. It's there...somewhere.

Rolls Royce Phantom

There 'tis! The white whale! Rolly Rick! I mean -- wait, what do I mean?

Bentley Arnage T

Oddly enough, Bentley's made after 1931 don't look good in their native green.

BMW 635CSi

It may be the same car, but it's not an M6.

Plymouth Barracuda 1967

A few dings, a few bird strikes, but she'll be all right.

Chevrolet Master Deluxe 1938

The poop-mobile!

There's a little garage near where I'm staying with my family that I went to this morning. Amongst others it has two Enzos, one black and one red and two Veyrons, one black/white and one black. I have bever seen either of these close up before... stunning!

I saw a ZO6 and a S14 with straight pipes yesterday. ZO6 sounded awesome. I'm not sure if the S14 had a straight pipe, but that's what I could see from behind the car.

By the way, what's with this new fad of japanese license plates? It seems like everyone and their mom has them over here now.

Today, I saw nothing. But around a year ago, I used to see a variation of the Lotus Seven two blocks from my house. Everytime I took the bus from my school back to my home, I had to walk three blocks from the bus stop to my house, and I used to came across this car. It's not there anymore, for some reason. It must have dissappeared between October 2008 and present day. I remember it looked just like the Caterham from GT4, and it had this big 7 on the front. Can't prove it, sadly. It wouldn't really bother me to say it if I were living in UK or some country like it. But honestly, seeing one of those here, in Argentina, is something I would definitely call unique. The neighborhood on which it used to rest is very nice, unlike some other places of Argentina. It had a soft top, if that's what you call it. Something very funny about it was that the first time I saw it, I said "where is the Caterham badge???". Then I saw "Lotus" on it, and after getting to my home and eating lunch, I checked the Caterham 7 was based on the Lotus 7

EDIT: There's a friend I've got which goes to gym classes with me, and we walk through an avenue called "Avenida del Libertador". May seem off-topic, but there's a Porsche dealer (or the like, the building read Porsche, but there were many different vehicles outside) just a few blocks from where we do gym. I will see if he can take some pic with his cellphone from the Porsches there :)

BUT, I did see something else. A Volkswagen...Polo. From...Mexico! As soon as I saw it, I did think of Cano's shots from Mexico, so I thought I'd return the favor in a not-as-cool car as the ones he sees. :)

And quite the long trip too, that has Estado de Mexico plates, that is very near here, at the country's mere center. Weird, it made it all the way! haha.

And for all I care, this thread could be closed after this. I dont think there will be another car EVER posted here that tops this, Incredible hot rod. Do you have the big pictures of this Cyborg?

Nice Chevelle from a while back too, sorry I did not comment on it earlier (:

^ Like... the original concept wheels. Beautiful 360, zonderf. I love the color 👍.

Sorry Cano, I deleted the original from my memory card. That's the only time I've ever seen that car there too :(.

There's a shop about a half hour's drive away that has an F40 and a Ford GT. I tried this weekend to get someone to take me - and I'll try next weekend. :ouch:If I don't get pics, you're very welcome not to believe me. :guilty:There's also a shop just 10 mins further that stocks old supercars - Ferrari 250s have been seen there.

In short, I'll try organise a car spotting session to snap all of these, and if I fail, disregard this.

I believe you. Try and describe your first reaction when you first saw the F40, let's see if it's close to mine.

well sadly, I was on a bus, so I couldn't yelp with joy. I heard it was there by my dad - but knowing him, he could've meant F430. These cars were at the supercar club.

Anyway - you have the supercar club in Melbourne right? That's where the Ford GT came from. I believe you spotted one in Melbourne? Red with white stripes? I think it's that one. As for the F40, a friend's dad (who's into cars....and DSLR cameras - so he has pics) went in and asked - it's not even theirs (the supercar club) but it's been loaned to promote a Ferrari track day at eastern creek. I'll see if I can get the CCR while I'm there too.

The first time I saw an F40 was when I was 4 playing soccer. I knew exactly what it was (I could identify a Dodge Viper when I was 3) and it was going full chat past the pitches - with the sunset's light directly on it. I moment I've never forgotten more than 10 years on.

Doesnt really count, my auntie just poster her latest purchase on facebook
