Naw, it's a Firebird. They had the same in body tailights for a year. They do look a lot like though. And Camaros had one long light instead of two on top of eachother.

I don't mean to seem like I'm picking on you, but since I'm jealous enough about the trip to CA....

You probably don't remember them because there aren't any. :D

I think it's not. The primary reason is that the Design Edition Boxster was in white (and a S only). The Cayman was in orange (also S).

P1800.

With the ML350 tag on the left, all that's there is really a ML350 with a Brabus tag. :indiff:

Basic CL550.

Finally have some of my own, but I can't remember which ones I posted before. I suppose I'll just share again and everyone can laughingly point out which ones my failing memory thought should be posted again.

Aston Martin DB9 Volante

Sunset is appropriate for this car, as I'm sure it's due for replacement.

Audi R8

BMW M5 2001

Cheap enough to go shopping with for now, I'm sure, but with the E30 M3 due to hit classic status any day now, this isn't far behind.

BMW Z4 M Roadster

Chevrolet Camaro Z28 1973

Needs a little bit of body work, but it's so very 70's.

Buell XB12scg

I love the clear cover on the "gas tank".

Dodge Ram SRT-10 Quadcab

I saw two of these on the same day, one in each direction on the bridge you see there. Different years different colors, but same bodystyle.

Dodge Viper RT-10 1998

The Viper that should be remembered, not the faster, more capable, better built successor.

Ford Mustang Saleen S281

I'm driving an X6M, FYI. Drove it back from BMW's factory in South Carolina along with a friend (whose car it was). The factory tour and test drive on the track were quite fun.

Lincoln Continental

I couldn't get a better shot but like everything else that shows up at this garage I'm sure it'll be back.

Mercedes-Benz 230SL 1970

Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG 2011

Last to use the 6.2L V8? The upcoming S63 uses a 4.6L twin-turbo V8, thus officially throwing naming scheme logic out the window.

Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG

Haven't seen one in a while, but the side-exit exhaust never fails to please my eye.

Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG

Mercury Cougar 1967

Mini GT 1275 1972

A lovely find, this was. I'm sure the owner is the original, based on where this was found (which I'm sure I'll never tell). It's such a quaint neighborhood, the car is so perfectly suited.

Panoz Esperante JRD1 2007

The first Panoz I've ever spotted, and it's a good one.

Porsche Panamera Turbo

The side-view mirror trick!

Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet

Volvo Amazon wagon

Volvo PV 544 Sport

Looks like it was parked there in 1960 and hadn't moved since...except to get restored...sort of. Needs polish!

Ran into this today, I just HAD to get a shot and share it with you guys.

He drove by initially and I thought that was the last I'd see of him, but I spotted him a few minutes later parked on the side of the street.

Saw a freshass S2000 at school yesterday.

No picture since I don't carry my camera with me and my phone was in the car, but saw a Porsche Panamera Turbo today at the grocery store. Also saw another R35 GT-R sitting outside a Golds Gym. That surprised me, I only thought there was one of them in town.

No camera here either, but I finally saw something notable(it's been awhile!). It was yesterday, on the way to work, actually. Silver Carrera GT. I passed it on the freeway. Carrera GT was speeding, but I was running late for work. You know how that goes. :sly:

Whow I had missed a lot:

@ NISM0_SKYLINE that Gensis is the best hp for the buck I got from a recent article.
I do not know why I rejected my picture of one, but I actually found it more impressive as the previous sporty Hyundais.

Lagonda headlight is a great spot, you hardly see in the picture how special that car is.
Clean Jag, Elan, Studebaker, NSX, Random Dino 👍

Boxster Spyder on the road.

@ Rue I can still link, just more work (looking glass, all sizes, ...)

@ NISM0_SKYLINE That is a scirocco! Old Jag 👍
car on fire
not funny saw one some weeks ago.

@ Dac_Xint Reliant Scimitar GT that is something! Volvo coupe, hardly ever saw these in 2 doors.
Jaguar XK120 Coupe 👍

@ Joey D Suzuki Kizashi, that is new to me.
Too bad the 458 is uglier then sin. You did not see it drive I believe, it looks great!

I've poached out most photo opportunities in the glitzy neighborhood, but I still pass through in hopes of catching this very car:
Damn.

Apparently there was an event Saturday on Cumberland that had that and, among other things, a 911 GT1. Hopefully it stays in the neighborhood.

GT1? Whoa. There are a couple very wealthy car collectors in ON, but didn't know we had a GT1 around. I'll talk to my buddy who hangs out at Circuit Mont Tremblant often, maybe he'd know...

If someone finds a GT1, they win. Just bringing this along to the new page. I finally caught it.

Random day. I saw a Volt too, but I didn't take a picture because I really saw no need to.

I figured it wasn't, I did a quick Google search and all Porsches look the same to me so I figured it looked close enough.

Believe it or not, this is a continuation from the last post. This stuff gets exhausting sometimes, but I do loves to share.

Packard 1932

Not sure of the year, but it sure kept up with traffic well enough.

Lincoln Continental 1941

Posted before, probably the 3rd time, but it's just in wonderful condition. The sun really shows it off.

Peugeot 404 1966

The sun does this car no favors. Needs more than a little dusting.

Land Rover Defender 90

Yellow is always a rare color for Land Rover, and this makes it all the more odd.

Pontiac Le Mans 1965

At first glance, I thought it was a GTO. Given the probable condition of the less desirable non-GTO Le Mans' out there, this may be a rarer sight.

Shelby Cobra replica

Definitely a replica, just not sure by who.

Chevrolet Impala 1964

Tucked in there, next to the TR4. ;)

Chevrolet Chevelle SS 1970

If it doesn't say 396 or 454, does that mean it's just missing the badge or missing the 396/454?

Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 Convertible 1972

Avocado green is so 70's...oh, wait....

Opel GT 1973

In the parking lot of NY Public Works.

Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost 1980

A Ghost or something else? They were so similar around this time.

Chrysler TC (by Maserati!)

At long last, the Chrysler Maserati. Proof that not everyone knows what to do with a historic brand. Good luck to those of you who have been bought out recently. *cough*Lotus*cough*

Chevrolet Corvette Z06 2006

In white? Not after Labor Day!

Ford Mustang Roush 1999

Probably one of my favorite side-exit exhausts, and I love side-exit exhausts.

Ford Taurus SHO 2010

I'm not surprised to have only seen one so far. Driving the base model, you'd never know how fast the SHO is. Of course, it is on the wrong side of two tons. Straight-line speed only gets you so far.

Ford F-150 SVT Raptor

Not sure if it's the newer, superior one, but I'd bet it's not. Still cool to see.

Isuzu VehiCROSS

In maroon? Not with chrome wheels!

Audi S4 Avant 2010

You'd be forgiven for thinking that Audi stopped making fast estates. Slapped, but then forgiven.

BMW 550i GT

BMW should be slapped for this monstrosity.

BMW Alpina B7

Dealer plates, but what he's doing transporting an Alpina over the George Washington Bridge to NYC is beyond me.

BMW X5M

Not as cool as the X6M. First hand experience. :sly:

Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG 2011

Isn't this the new twin-turbo V8? You know, the one that throws out 15 years of near-normal numbering? Or did the taillight change happen last season?

Maserati Spyder 2002

I don't see too many Maserati's anymore. I guess people got their fill. Need new models.

Jaguar XK-R 2009

In the rain, in the mud, at a state park entrance. No, not on the cell phone; enjoying the park. In the rain. And mud.

Ferrari 360 Spider

It may be a blur, but you can clearly see it....

Ferrari California

My girlfriend is still amazed at how I spot these things from seeing just a rear corner. At least she's not annoyed with my taking the photos. Yet.

Porsche 911 Turbo 993

911's in the dark! Yes, that's with the flash on. :indiff:

Porsche 911 Turbo 964

It may not be a Turbo at all, but you can't even see the badge. The camera no longer seems to do proper focusing if there's something on the window. I have to dig into the menu's on the thing. I still think it's a Turbo, though.

Porsche 911 GT3 2004

I raced a bit to catch up to this guy. He wasn't moving fast, but I was held up at a traffic light. Fortunately, he was stopped another one just long enough to take this shot.

Kit car of the week:

<unknown kit car>

No idea what it is, but it looks really familiar....

I've been to the Le Mans Classic this past week and have around 3500+ pictures from the event and the French roads on the way down. It was incredible, I have never in my life seen anything like the cars that I saw on those three days. I was completely stunned and promise to show you when I've waded through a bunch of them. In the meantime, I arrived in Hong Kong this evening and here are some pics of some pretty mundane cars around my house from a couple of hours ago.

Correction ;),it's a'72 Chevelle SS. Possibly could have been a Z-15 optioned 454 rated @ 270hp.But more commonly produced were the small block 350's rated at 175hp (emmisions muscle,),but still not a bad car.Take it home,do some tweaking, and your back up in the big hp range. Keep in mind, there are also a lot of clones out there,it may not even be a real SS.This could have been a basic Malibu with a 307 ci, and cloned up to resemble an SS.
