And the new Buick Verano, a rebadged Chevy Cruze and a car that no Buick buyer will understand or even want. I think this is possibly the stupidest car GM's come out with in a while. At least it'll be "cheap" with a starting price of $21,000.

That looks a lot like the new Vauxhall Insignia we have over here ( replacement for the Vectra)

Ah now I thought Vauxhalls were badged as Chevrolet in the US. I know the Vauxhall Zafira is a Chevy over there. GM is a large umbrella it seems!

Could be a diplomats car but you have to be a pretty unimportant person in your country to drive a mini-van . But ya probably a test vehicle, I see stuff like that all the time in the Detroit area.

For the last one, I actually thought, the people that enter the restaurant might have a special car, I looked again and thought, no, they'll just have a BMW 7 or Mercedes Benz S class. Man I believe I got that one wrong.

Most of the embassies in DC keep cars from their own country on hand for various uses, they are almost always boring everyday cars. When my sister worked for the British embassy they had a fleet of various vauxhalls. However in this case it's almost certainly a manufacturer testing vehicle.

P.S.: On the Citroen C6; I posted one last year, for the rest of the world to see it. Here in Luxembourg and at 20 Km in France they are quite common for the business (wo)men. That is for those poor ones that do not have a Panamera, Quatroporte, ... and do not show off with their cars at work (you will see some have a GT2 or Turbo S like above in the garage for the weekend fun).
