Nothing really special in this post, other than it's the last I'll be making having used a Canon camera. After years of frustration, I'm done with Canon. It was probably accelerated by the fact that I broke my SD600, but at least it pushed me to get a camera that doesn't override my settings, assuming I'm some kind of moron for not having the flash on. Goodbye, Canon; hello, Panasonic!
But in the meantime:
Chevrolet Nova 307

Some nubmers just roll off the tongue and evoke images of awesome engines: 289, 327, 396, 427.... Note how 307 is not one of them.
Studebaker Champ

Neat little pickup. Immaculately...restored, I'm guessing, rather than original.
Dodge Challenger RT 2009

A friend of mine said he saw the new Camaro driving across the parking lot. I figured "no way"...and I was right. Vaguely similar cues, but from a distance of 300', through tinted office-window glass, and a handful of trees, I suppose you could confuse one with the other. Like
My Cousin Vinny: "Troo dis screen...and dis window...wit dis dirt on it...and all dese bushes...and 1, 2, 3, 4...5 trees! Through all dat, you saw dese defendants?"
Auburn boat-tail

Or, at least I think it is. This is the best example of how Canon can screw up a reasonably good night shot. This is also the
last example I'll be posting.
