I think your being a little ridiculous suggesting I would kick someone cause they dive bombed me. Ive said this before when barrett has done crazy stuff like that if its not be obnoxious at least I wouldn't get mad. It was coming to the finish. But you did have a point that he wasn't really going to do that and win. I think especially if your the leader you gotta be aware of the fact that someone could very well nail you in the last turn. But he didn't do anything that we don't allow. Yes no one likes to get dive bombed. Yes its technically allowed cause there's no real way to prevent it. Did he step over the helping teammates/ just wrecking someone he doesn't like line. Possibly. Ill be honest I don't really want to ban people for a week or a race or what ever cause it obviously reduces turn out. I know I banned barrett and cards for a night a while back in hindsight that might have not been the best knee jerk response. I know that barrett and cards aren't going to like this much but I think it could be better to just deduct points. Cause if we can agree on a per race number of points to deduct from someone and how many then no one has to miss races which helps turn out. If we can agree on a fair way I'd like to try to prevent banning people. If any of you guys have any reasonable ways to penalize someone for doing stuff like that please let me know. Cause I would like to try and prevent this team business from people racing and effecting the racing. I will let ET know that he could very well get banned or lose points for this and any other issue like this cause he has been picking on you quite a bit kz and I've tried to tell him to chill but clearly he's too focused on wrecking you to think about the helping teammates issues we've had. I will say this that he wasn't going after the guy in 5th it was the leader but it was a little over the top.

Now races for week 4.

Race 1 Full pp Auto Unions Indy SS
Race 2 600pp SHELBY Cobras ( no ACs) track vote
Race 3 450pp STREET Mazda MX5s track vote
Race 4 550pp STREET MR Italy track vote ( NO FXX, ZONDA R, DIABLO GT2 OR SP1) as Ive said before the FXX and the Zonda are track cars. The Diablo description says its a race model and the SP1 says it 1 of a kind so thats a no no as well.

It would be the most fair to equal out the penalties first before points are deducted (meaning ET should get a one week ban first, then go from there).
 
I let ET know about the situation. You do have a point barrett if a penalty is in order then I probably should give him the same. I don't think a week is entirely fair cause he don't only do 1 thing to my knowledge that I would consider team mate helping and when you and cards were doing stuff like that it was most of the night you guys were screwing around. So what might be a little fairer in this case is for him to sit out 1 or 2 races cause you and cards did only miss 2 races that week.

Just give me points for third lol and I'll be happy I think that's fair because if he would have taken me out the right way I would have had 3rd or 4th.
 
Thats not a bad idea but I'm not a big fan of guess work yes very likely would have won it but I don't like just giving people points cause of circumstances. Also kz if I give you 3rd then it probably won't make things better and it won't detour it from happening again. If anything it could make this stuff worse cause then there's no penalty to someone like ET cause he doesn't lose anything. I think since I do want to make it fair Ill probably tell ET to sit out the first 2 races. And that will hopefully detour him from doing it again. If he barrett of cards do something like this again obviously depending on the situation they'll get a week.

Race ideas: tried to think of ones that wont put everybody in the same car
420-435PP civic/crx street (13 cars)
420-435 Accord/Prelude street (9 cars)
450-475 PP 1990's Mitsubishi GTO/FTO/3000GT/Eclipse (19 cars)
500PP NISMO (7 cars)
550PP Corvette street (8 cars)
400PP Japan FR street (about 30 cars)
 
I like those 3 Cali posted and I'll pick a pp in the range he suggested as well. I'll probably go for either FF Mitsubishi or 4WD non evos.

Do any of you guys have any ideas as to which should start the night and what track it should be.
 
Sorry I didn't post the races I sent out the message online but I for got on here. I also can't remember what the exact pp I picked was. But the pps are close to what you suggested Cali.

But they are and I also can't remember the order but I'll update this tonight with all that.

Nismo branded cars at red bull full and this one will start the night

Cause we started the race w/8ppl but
Mega lagged out, someone got pitted and rage quit and someone else quit. That left us with 5 so JK starting saying that it was no fun with only 5 and he was tired, so him and R backed out leaving me Barrett and someone else. Barrett said he would re-run if he still got pole PTS, leaving just me and a random. I was fine with running it, but once again, we just make **** up as we go along. JK said we would run it first this week, I Called BS cause I had a strong car and was running up front w/ Barrett and R and I can rarely make it in time for the first race. So all in all, JK got to go to bed, Barret got to,keep his pole PTS and the race got pushed back in the schedule so I can use a car that I already spent time tuning specifically for that race.
So we are re running it.

I was wondering, how was I supposed to know what happened when I wasn't there and what do you mean I'm not? Also I didn't know that was a race last week because I didn't look at them because I knew I wasn't coming, I thought it was a race a long time ago and we were re doing it, also no one is complaining I was just confused.
