What do you mean with "received"? I thought the OSW is a DIY project. Did you just receive the motor and made all the work in one day or did you find somebody who made it for you?

I am very interested in the OSW after the video on the Sim Racing Garage channel, where a lot of sim racers selected it as their favourite wheel (even better than the Bodnar wheel).

You can buy everything yourself and build it yourself or you could buy the entire kit, assembled with firmware and software installed - plug 'n' play ready - from the OSW guys. You get support and 2 years warranty if you buy a complete wheel.
I know because I have been in contact with Dennis Reimer.

Wow. I didn't know that. Did you get it from here?: http://www.reimer-motorsports.com/index.php/en

I just had information like that: http://opensimwheel.wikidot.com/
Yes, that is the guy where you can order the parts or the entire package assembled with support and warranty.

You can ofcourse buy every part yourself from the internet and assemble the wheel yourself. It is afterall, a DIY project.

You can download the tutorial here.

The firmware and software and other information here.

BTW, I don't have an OSW.

EDIT: this website is better for you. It's in German.

I ordered all the parts myself and have them shipped to Ben Darley(a iRacer in Sydney). He assembled it for me, so it's basically plug n play.

Dennis Reimer is an option. The other cheaper option is "Ollie's kit", where he ships you all parts, but you need to assemble it yourself.
