How come no weather for Saturday? :grumpy:

The news cast that morning will be....

It will most likely be clear with a side of fire rain, earthquakes, tornadoes, a random guy running down the street screaming "we're going streaking", and much more to come as the day developes

What luck, I break up from school for the Christmas holidays on the 21st. :grumpy:
Is this an excuse to open all you presents early, because I just got them from my friends and I'm tempted.

Wait, what about the Japanese or is it Chinese who only celebrated year 2000 in february ot something. Would this just become a one nation planet?

Maybe we should all start getting banned on GTPlanet since the worlds going to end anyway 💡 Just kidding.

The Aussie's will beable to tell us if the world ends here in a day... if they go out. We will know.

I'm just wondering how many people are going to empty their bankaccount for nothing to happen... like Harold Camping's last prediction.

I'm going to check at about 2:00pm here with the guys I know in Aus. If they respond the Mayans have just played one of the biggest wind ups in history!

In about nine hundred and ninety years, people are probably going to believe that the end of the world will come on March 13, 3005. Because by that point, "The Simpsons" is likely to have ended, and will have gradually been forgotten until someone digs it up. Its social commentary will then probably result in apocalyptic predictions, because the episode "Goo Goo Gai Pan" - which was first broadcast on March 13, 2005 - ends with three dragons singing a song about how they will go to sleep for a thousand years, and when they wake up, the world will end.

My music teacher told me about this, this all started from the Mayan Calender. It supposedly predicting when the spanish would come, and other events have also have been predicted. For some reason the calender ends on December 21 2012, do you think it's the end of the world.

Can someone explain why people really think that the world will end cause the mayan's calender ends on this date?

The gregorian calendar ends on 31st of December each year why no doomsday for that?

Haven't heard anything from any of my friends in New Zealand. They must've been vaporized. :dopey:

Lies.

They don't want to admit that they were wrong.

I will enjoy bagging out the local radio announcer who has been droning on about the end of the world.

''Don't worry about the world ending today, it's already tomorrow in Australia''
And your signature finally makes sense.

And I've taken the liberty of adding a new poll option.

Experts say that the discovery means that December 21, 2012 simply marks the beginning of a new calendar cycle and not an apocalypse as has been thought up until now.

Just as I've said before in this thread, it's like my calendar for 1998 rolling over into a calendar for 1999.

Idiots.

But do you not remember we all died then in a hail of fire and brimstone?

Oh sorry, did I not mention? It was an iCalendar, so the mark up was completely justified.

But do you not remember we all died then in a hail of fire and brimstone?

I remember a hot summer in 1998, but no brimstone. I think I might have been inside.
