Space is not the issue, these duplicates are different trim levels of the same car which takes little extra effort to make, I would imagine in most cases less effort than making a full body kit (like seen in GT5P), while a whole car is a totally different story.

On another thread, a member posted a link leading to the Forzamotorsport.net Forums. And one of those comments had a good point. Allegedly, GT5 will have 600 cars or more, if I recall correctly. But if most of the cars are duplicate, how many cars will we actually get? That worries me. Especially when I won't drive most of the duplicates. I know most people won't.

And can you imagine racing an Enzo on The Ring you would have to pit every lap because of the crappy gas mileage. lol

Talk about exaggeration! The Ferrari Enzo gets 7/12 mpg. It also has two 55 litre fuel tanks (for a total of 110 liters or approx. 30 gallons).

We know that the Nuerburgring is roughly 14 miles long (yes, I'm rounding because it makes math easier).

Let's assume that you're running really hard and the mpg drops to, I don't know, 2 mpg. With 30 gallons on tap, you should still be able to get 60 miles, which equals to about 4.28 laps.

The Ford GT has a mpg of 13/21, so that should also be able to manage more than a lap, although I'll admit I don't know its fuel capacity.

The Ford GT has ok fuel consumption, but it has a very, very small fuel tank. So, if you're at the ring, you,re done in about 1 and a half laps.

So it has a 1.5 gallon gas tank?

From all the head to head test Ive seen, if we dont get Porshe we are missing out on the best all around super car.

So Porsche can beat Supercharged ZR1 in a straight line, and a Lotus Exige in the turns...

No different to GT4, did GT4 feel like it lacked cars? Don't worry.

Any car putting down power like that for a extended period of time will have crappy gas milage, a 600+hp Evo (2.0 4 cyl) will likely have worst gas milage than the enzo when driver flat out on Nurburgring.

Watched some vids from the Carrera GT... god damn the best car in the world... If we see that one in GT5 with the real engine sound i would cry...

I just looked up its fuel capacity and it's listed at 17.5 gallons.

Let's assume that you're also running flat out and return with an average of 2 mpg. You should be able to get 35 miles equaling to roughly 2.5 laps.*

*It goes without saying that the 2 mpg figure is purely arbitrary and was selected to show that even in extreme use that both cars can go longer than one lap. It also requires less thinking power for mathematical formulas...

Didn´t Top Gear do a thing on Supercar gasmileage running around their track at full attack? IIRC the worst one was Ferrari 599, wich utilizes the same engine as the Enzo. Don´t know the 599´s fueltank capacity though.
