My top 10 drift cars

bye =D

In no particular order
1. Sileighty- My first choice when I wanna get some practice in. I have a couple of them set up with various amounts of power and different settings.
2. Corvette Z06 C5- My first powerful drift car in the game. Although I prefer lesser powered cars for drifting, I still love this car.
3. TVR Tamora- I didn't expect to love this car, but it handles like a dream for me.
4. Toms Chaser- IDK why, but I loved it when I first took it drifting online. Some said it was a hard car to drift, but I managed it pretty well, never thought of it as hard to drift.
5. Z33- Just fun to drive and drift.
6. MR2 1600 G-Limited Super Charger- With my love of underpowered drift cars, this car was my preferred drift car a few months back. I still drift it from time to time.
7. ACR Viper- I love to go berzerker with this car
8. Skyline GTS25- scraping the bottom of the barrel of the R32s in this game, I love normally aspirated cars, and prefer this to the GTS-t when it comes to drifting.
9. FC3S- I feel I can go all out with no regrets in my FC
10. Miata(early models)- easy cars to handle, I have a few I drift every now and then and am sometimes able to outdrift some powerful machines with my less than 200hp mazda.

Ok, this thread have pottential to become another pointless thread, but perhaps can helps and inspire the newbies to pick their cars.

- Pick your 10 favorite cars.
- Explain shortly why each one are awsome for you.
- Pictures are alowed, but not necessary.
[EDIT] - If you don´t have 10 driftable cars, thats ok. You can insert only your # of cars, or you can complete the list with some cars that you are planning to put in sideways in great style.

If the thread rolls accordly, ill insert my top 10 here.

I love Ken from the Block. He's so amazing he makes jesus look like a tramp.

Backing on the topic.

Was really hard to nominate only 10 favorite cars and stills fair in the list. Every car i picked inserted on the list had 3 or 4 another nominees competing with, inside an abstract criteria.

So here we go, MY TOP 10!

10 - Isuzu Bellet 1600 GT-R ´69
My underpowered car of choice. These underpowered cars are cool because gives a better realistic feeling of the car, also demands some effort to make it drift. From the older JDM with low horse power, this is my favorite. Not only because its cute and looks good, but handles good too.

09 - RX-7 GT-X (FC) '90
This was the very first drifting car i got while playing GT5. I learned the game physics and how to drift with this. And i still using it even today.

08 - Viper GTS ´02
My favorite Viper model. Dodge cars are strange, you look at that body, those huge ammount of HP and you think: This crap wont drift properly. But for my surprise, it does! And even more surprisely, this GTS is the Viper with less "drifting car" looks while stock, but after tunned, including a full carbon hood to mess up the visual with very much style, looks like a drifting missile for arabian sheiks.

07 - Z4 M Coupe ´08
My favorite BMW. Not the fastest one, but the chillest one. The smooth torque response and the easy handling makes this car perfet to relax while drifting or borrow to someone who is learning to drift and needs a non-agressive car. Plus, it looks beautifull, in diferent collors and visual configurations.

06 - Aston Martins Vanquish ´04
My favorite Aston Martins, hands down. Better than the DBS and almost good as the DB9, this deserved to be a premium. Its not that easy to tune, specialy the relation between LSD and Gearbox, but after finetuned it is impressive. Some people complains about how this car looks, but i like it all.

05 - RX-8 Type S ´07
Not only my favorite Mazda, but also my favorite 4 doors car ever made. Its a very "midle performance range" range car, because you can drift using grip techniques and keep going with the best or you can goofy around. A perfect weight balance, easy to handle, easy to tune. Would be even better if the game would let me put a proper bodykit on it.

04 - SLS AMG ´10
It shouldn´t be in my top 10 favs, but i couldn´t let it away, because its the fastest drifting car that i have. I only put it on the track when the things are not going ok, when the RX-7 FDs are pushing too fast. Takes a bit to get used to the weight and the diferent breaking points, but its incredibly rewarding if you want to drift using gripping techiniques.

03 - FT-86 Concept ´09
I remember when i hadn´t a PS3 and the GT5, while watching drifting videos on youtube, this was the car that i wanted more. Would be my first car if it didn´t cost 350,000! The history of this car is very interesting, they used a Impreza plataform to reborn the AE-86. In my opinion they made a great job. It´s a modern concept with the Trueno spirit.

02 - Corvette GRAND SPORT (C4) ´96
I do have something for this car since GT2. And i know that is not a good drifting car (takes a lot of time to make it drift properly). But i love the looks, the painting, the standard rims, everything. And for my surprise, after paint this car in matt black, the stripes stills there! This car is not match to the C6, but in my opinion is way better than the C5.

01 - 200SX (S14) ´96
I just can say one thing about this car: Why the heck Nissan and Polyphony didn´t made a premium model for this car?! Or at least any other S14?! Since my earlier days, when i was figuring what was drifting, the S14 always was my favorite car. And stills. Even with less than 400hp its handles incredibly good and fast. And plus, even with the standard looks (fugly rims and no body kit) its looks nice and respectfull.

Well thats it. I know that the description is not that short, but i had to say everything.
