Nice entries guys! This is a very good turnout. I think some sort of limit on the car is needed. But for this first week, we will just go without it. Next competitions will have a track limitation and car limitation. JMurder what picture would you liek to use....You posted three.

And no, you cannot use photoshop on these.

No, I think we should limit these comps. a certain RANGE of cars. There are going to be some who will pick the F1 b/c its the F1.

I think we need something like, American cars...Or Toyotas only. Not just 1 car, but like a genus of cars.

Any pictures not at Tsukuba will not be eligible for this to everyone that posted one not at Tsukuba. And I agree with you Mclaren that it should be a range of cars intead of limited to one.

Yah I agree. I bet some people ever parked their cars to make it look like they drifted lol. It's WAY too easy to pass of a drift in a photo, but how do you transfer videos? When I wanted to save a replay, it only let me transfer it to the MEMory card and not my usb flash drive.

i also agree about sometimes limiting the cars that can be used. just take some guidelines from the GT4 races, ex. all silvias only, or american cars only, pre-90's cars only, etc.... only problem is, thats another rule and we already have a handful of people that dont read and just start posting ineligble pictures and clogging up the thread...

Welcome to the first week of my little competition. It's fairly simple, take a picture in photomode involving a drift, transfer it to your computer, host it, then post it. This week will be using a vote to decide on the winner. Next week we will try using a panel of judges and see how that turns out. So, here are the rules.

Course: Tsukuba Circuit.

Car limitations: None as of yet unless enough people say there should be. I for one think that we should only have a limit on the circuit.

Deadline: Tuesday, March 8th.

And please remember, this is to judge the dramatic quality of the photo involving a drift, not to judge the drift itself.

That's funny, doesn't say anything in the rules about having only 1 pic... Not specifically anyways.

You people are complicating the **** out of the simplest to understand thread I can imagine ever being posted in the history of GTP. Have fun bickering, and thanks for ruining what could have been a fun contest for me.
