Once you have entered photomode, you'll see some D-pad options across the bottom of the screen which lets you cycle through the views - you can also cycle through all of the different cars in a race.

Thank you for the response. However, I believe the camera views you are referring to are those used during races. For instance, you can take a photo of the interior of the car, but you do it from the driver's eye and there's no way to remove the driver's arms from the steering wheel or make him not be there. How can I take a photo of the interior without the driver like the one I quoted?

Okay, it's the same, but during pre-race when you are selecting a car, just leave the controller alone and after about fifteen seconds the car menu will drop away to leave a view of the car. From that, you just select photomode like in a race and cycle the cameras.

Still no go. Thank you for the advice regardless.

Go to the garage and at the car selection screen, don't touch any buttons on the controller. The camera will automatically start cycling in a few seconds and will go into views of the car not accessible via the cycle camera button. It will also go inside the car, the view I think you are looking for. Once you are inside, just press and hold your share button for a snap shot. Hope this helps.

Very good photos indeed @luxplays but I agree with @torque99 - the norm over on the GT photo threads is twenty or so (from memory) and that could be a good thing to strive for over here too. Common sense has mostly policed the situation, but on a couple of occasions, exuberance has won the day instead ;)

I'm not so sure that such a long span between posts is necessary though, especially as photo threads seem to have different rules governing them. maybe one of the mods could confirm what is preferable.

The question is: how?!? I've been trying to take these cockpit view pics in the garage but haven't found a way to do it...

Is it some kind of "hack" (camera positioning, game glitch) or am I just plain stupid?
This actually got discussed yesterday, so you're not alone.

Before a race, in the car selection screen, just sit back for ten or fifteen seconds and the vehicle menu will drop away, leaving just a walkaround view of your selected car on the location you last raced at. The view will cycle through to an interior shot which will pan. You just need to press the share button when you see what you like.

If you miss it first time, don't worry as the whole cycle repeats, just like the pre-race track views do.

Almost forgot to put some picture in...

Thank you so much for the answer!
