So, as confusing as the new levelling system is, i now have to use a bike to level up to Elite 22 ?? This is where my interest in the levels ends..I love DC for the cars and have never been interested in bikes, Kudos to all the peeps on here that love them but not for me..and yes, I have tried the bike on this level as I'd unlocked it doing KTM stuff...but dear god..couldn't have EVO had kept the elite levels separate instead of forcing the bikes onto me ?? Sorry for the rant, still love the game to bits but this pissed me off !!!

If this is true, then I too am shocked they are locking Elite levels behind paid content.

It's Fanatics responsibility to supply drivers for their wheels, and to obtain a PS4 license for the wheels that they want supported on the PS4.

Yes for full support but theirs no reason other then money sony won't just put the drivers in like Project Cars. Sony wants that PS4 license fee which i wish Fanatec would just get the license and give us a fully compatible licensed ps4 wheel rim.

They're not really locking levels off behind 'paid' content. They had stated that the Bike required for EL 22 is available to EVERYONE, including those that do not have DC Bikes. But must complete the KTM Accolade to unlock it. Yes it's a pain, but people wanted more things to do in the game after complaining it was too "boring" and "repetitive".

So that's what you get. I'm sure Evolution had the intent of introducing bikes to the Elite Levels as well as making them publicly available to everyone. They wouldn't be so harsh and lock off progression to paid content. If they did, that'd hurt their reputation and they know that.

Phew. My mistake then! Still, hate the fact we have Bikes in the elite levels now.
 
Is there a general increase in XP? I am under the impression but I am just not sure. Reached a few accolades and they seem to be more generous.
 
That will make quite a few happy - I wonder how big the pack is though, as that's quite a steep price compared to say the Bikes expansion or the season pass itself.

You can't just post something like that without any source or info!

I wouldn't mind some SUV's if they came with off road tracks. Pricing concerns me though.

I tried to find a shot of Audi Q7 2016 in black colour on google, but I can't seem to find any in similar postion. I hope it's not fake. :D
 
Well, the poster only has three posts on GTP and didn't respond to the request to upload images to the correct size...so maybe they just aren't communicators: it would be nice though to have a viable link.

I suppose we'll see on the 29th...

They did say higher levels with more rewards. I think I've gained 25,000,000 XP from two days of doing skill events with the KTM.

Can you tell me what you did to reach so much XP in a short time ? I'm trying to reach LVL85 but I can only get 50.000 per race and sometimes a few additional hundred thousands thanks to Accolades. I understand that it's the Accolades that give you that much amount of XP but wonder which ones.

PS : I do not own DC : Bikes yet.

Ahh, it was bikes I was using. As there is no drifting with the bikes, they have skill events which involves doing wheelies and stoppies as well as getting the highest speed for a checkpoint. This I found pays quite well, though not as much as 50,000 unless I get an accolade.

So, probably best to stick with races using the KTM X-bow as that'll double your XP. EDIT: Mind you, if you do get the bikes expansion, the skill events are so much shorter, so in theory you could rack up more XP per minute.

The thing that gives it away for me is that they are using a real Audi on the picture, if it was legit they'd use an in game model.

Well, there's nothing really clearly about it - other than what @JAHHAJ suggests - personally, my eyesight and automotive knowledge isn't good enough to tell if that's a real photo or not - and if it's a bundle with dirt sections of track, then...

And remember how many said the Wombat vid leak was clearly a fake? ;)

there isn't even a Neo Gaf post about this let alone a thread, plus the fact they're using a real life picture and the fact the whole idea of paying 15.99 for SUVS is absurd. 100% fake this.

I'm not disagreeing that the whole thing is suspect (see my post after the image.) I suppose the use of the word 'clearly' rankled with me a bit, that's all - like I said, remember the incident of the Wombat.

EDIT: Actually, disregard my comments above (left there for posterity and continuity) as the fault is mine for being too sensitive.

No idea why he left the image without saying anything, heck he could be the one who did it which is bannable.
