Hmm...No one told me that I could win a trophy!! ;) I'll have to make sure I win some event today with the car. Nothing is worse than being the ONLY guy without one. :eek: I've noticed the lap times of the C1 Vette have continued to go down. It's too bad my laziness prevents me from really putting time into improving my lap times. I'm the same way with Seasonal Event Super Laps. Literally, I run 1 or 2 laps maximum and that is my time. Maybe one of these days I'll spend a decent amount of time trying to truly give my best effort with Seasonal Events... :lol:

I also used this Corvette for the 400PP Clubman Cup Seasonal Event. 2nd gear, 3rd gear....2nd gear, 3rd gear.... 2nd gear, 3rd gear.... :lol: This Vette drove wonderfully in this event. Any easy 1st place victory - lapping cars if you put the pedal to the metal. :cheers:

Great 👍, I didn't think of lowering the PP to enter it here :eek::dopey:, if you keep up at that pace it's not a cabinet were going to need, more like a warehouse :lol:. This is one of my favorite test tracks, sort of has a bunch of different suspension demands in such a short space :cool:.

Well I'm happy to give you your first EAG trophy 👍, I'd like to say "deserved" but you mentioned it was easy :lol:. Nice going Alb123, now I'm off to see where I can buy a few new bowls just in case I need them :eek:.

Both of your trophies have been added in the room, it's getting quite cozy in there :lol:.

The FITT testing is putting a lot of strain on this, but that's almost over and we should get back to business very shortly 👍, also the car had a bad accident and we've been waiting for the insurance to give us the okay :D.

Ahh I forgot that you guys all participate in FITT. I really should start following the monthly FITT threads. I might peek my head in there from time to time...but I should make it a regular part of my GTP experience.

I've been meaning to get involved for ages but this is my first time entering. I took on testing duties too, which is the main reason for the hold up :embarrassed: I do a lot of laps in testing sessions, so testing 14 tunes has been really taxing in the time I get to play these days. It's been quite enjoyable though :) and as my good friend said, it'll be over soon and it'll be full steam ahead on our next little project here 👍 That is unless one of the two Vipers doesn't succeed in killing me first ;)
 
AT LAST!! The transmission bug is fixed. Took the car out for a nice cruise today round Mid-Field Raceway. I didn't try to set any best lap times or anything i just tried to do some perfect laps with no mistakes. A nice enjoyable drive & the crowd were cheering too :D That Black Cherry paint looks really nice in the sun too 👍

All shall be sorted in good time 👍 I've got some catching up to do on a few things, updating the OP and a few more little admin tasks here and there. I'll be trying to get most of it done over the weekend. :)

Good news, the insurance company called and have given us the green light on the next one. We'll need to get a parts list sorted and orders placed. And I need to get this body off so I can make a start on the frame, it's gonna be a bit time consuming :D
 
Adjusted the transmission and took her for a spin on CH's in the Non-Racing Car Drift Trial at Matterhorn Short Track manged to get 3999 and another trophy for her expanding trophy cabinet.
Put CS's on and took her for a spin at La Sierra, she's still a joy to drive round there with her proper transmission settings, feels like her top speed has dropped a fraction .

I've not had a shot since the update. I'll be having a few runs with her this week though. I'll do a few test hits at ssrx with the different top speed presets and see how she goes :) Might just need a little tuneup :lol:

Nice going my friend 👍, I've just put that one in the cabinet :), BTW good lap times on the Volkswagen & 4WD TT, I'll have another run at these this weekend to try to catch up a bit and put a little more space in front of @Brewguy44, I told him that if he would beat me at the 4wdTT I would make him a shrine,:scared: he's a little too close for comfort :lol:, also in case you may have missed it, they're having an event for the Corvette this saturday, more info from here
