Well the board challenge is finally over (thankfully!) I would like to let all at Team GTP know that I have had a fruitful, enjoyable and friendly experience helping to sort out our races, practise and race with you all. (I think that there are some other boards that could learn from our civil behavior ) Thanks for making me feel welcome and for making it a blast everyone, and I look forward to either racing with you OR against you very soon sometime in the future!

Hey Drew!

I to am thankful that this is overwith, but I'm not happy about this being the possible end to some new friendships. I would hope that you and Clint will be popping in here to say hello from time to time. And this goes for the rest of you as well even though your here at GTP most often.

Even though we had our fare share of tough times, I did still enjoy the commorodory I think we all shared here. As I have said before, all of you are a great group of people and I certainly look forward to the next time that we have a chance to gather and race together or against eachother.

A thought was running through my head about this little 'private' team forum that we have here and I'm thinking of trying to put it to some good use. A place where we can all talk with out the hubbub of the rest of the forums and a place to possibly launch some interesting challenges!!! I'll ask Jordan to make sure that he doesn't do any proverbial 'house cleaning' and eliminate this area.

Yes we remained civil , well except for with FPT but he got what he deserved and most of it was in here what an ass!

Drew & Clint : good Aussie blokes I knew I could count on you both from the start and like I said , never had any doubts whatsoever about you both submitting! good laugh too! thanks for being here.

Alex: You showed real commitment to the team , getting us a driver at last minute and taking the expenses yourself, very impressive. Also I know you tried hard at your races! they where hard races I dealt you with and you handled them pretty good your first big OLR event! A shame about your DA but you weren't the only one, I wouldn't let it bother you too much and hope you stick around and keep racing 👍

Mischa: For a driver using auto you did extremely good! beating Ron in round 6 must have felt pretty good too, I know he tried real hard in that race and it wasn't easy to do clean at such pace! you do indeed have the speed

Talentless: You're such a moaner and needed quite a bit of persuading to get involved but I'm glad you did you should do your races a bit earlier next time though Also you actually joined another forum too! now that was a suprise! go easy on the craziness T, but don't overdose on the prozac

Matt: Well Matt ...

I wasn't expecting you to let us down, lucky they let me run that race 5 even though it was only a few points I picked up . You done good race 4 and I understand that school or illness got in the way a bit, that's ok it's all forgotten keep up the good work with the database records 👍


Neon Duke Thankyou for stepping in at such short notice, it was really appreciated and for being a back up for race 10 you deserve a pat on the back for that one alone! don't really know you very well but keep racing and thanks again!

Me: I tried my best at being a good co- captain but failed myself for not reading the rules for race 2 properly I tried real hard on that race too Also done some stupid things that I regret , but learned a lesson to keep my mouth shut from now on I had fun! and have enjoyed all of your company in here throughout, you all treated me with respect and as an equal and for that I thank you all!

Well, i really enjoyed this competition, even after all those pointless discussions at GTN and the ridiculous amount of bad luck we encountered during the series.

I also really enjoyed hanging out here with my teammates. Allthough we ended last, i really think this is the best Team out there. Maybe not in the racing part, but definetly in the human part Best bunch of people i've seen brought together in a team.
( Except for that stupid ass FPT )

And i hope this isn't the last performance of Team GTPlanet. I want revenge

I find my biggest weakness is in race line, I can sometimes catch up to within a second once i've gotten used to a car and the better line. course that's harder in rally. 1:13?? at swiss alps?

Guys and Gals:

Well, for my first real attempt at OLR, I teamed up with perhaps the best group of people around. I look up to each and everyone of you. To stand shoulder to shoulder with you is more of an honor than you realize.

A big round of applause to Boombexus and Lotus for inviting me in on this.

After this beating, it looks like I've got some considerable practice ahead of me. So when (if?) there is another 9boards challenge, I'll hopefully be improved.

A standing ovation for you guys from me.
