Hi Guys , i am so in love with this new found online racing,
had a great time last night , with my new pinked up team mate Bake.
We have a lot to learn as some of you huys are so fast its annoying, Eeke , never makes errors, so fast lap after lap ,
then got an auto bacs like Bake and me and guess what, just the same, so we cant even use the car as an excuse, we are knackerd.
Anyway , Bake team mate , i just wanted to say that yesterday, you dorve quite aggressively when overtaking and when close racing, and although you are welcom to do that with others [lol] you were even bashing me around trying to get past .
You were very quick on Apricot, but as you say pressing to hard cost you minutes in time, so the payoff just isnt there,
so you just need to back off and the speed will come to you, as i had never been there reverse before and had trouble at the chicane turn 2 most of the night , bnut did start to fine a fast and non risky way of getting through it, but that only happend as i backed off a bit and appoached it more controlled rather than sideways screaming with my eyes shut.
As for today, out with lovely wife toninght but will have a few hours from 2.30 until 4.30 ish.
I like the fact that we are all very keen to get a track and race ourselves fairly, its nice knowing there are no dicks in the room to spoil it .
I also would like to say that i managed 25 laps apricot reverse on soft yesterday with a fastish but steady pace without errors. A shame the race was 27 laps , as in the end i just had to conecede to flanked, as he and EEke both pitted around lap 16 and i got past them both and really would have had a better chance to win or at least come 2nd had i not been a bit too fast trying to drive faster than i can in the first few laps, then realising that whatever i did there was no catching EEKe , as i lost me time and also used up a big chunk of tyre wear trying to keep with him that would have been good for me at the end of the race.
