Just thought id say one thing, horders lap is very good minus the wall touch but it seems the pad is pretty much as fast as the wheel with this combo or maybe is it because this is your favourite car and you have done alot of racing with it?

Horde's lap is so good because not only does he have a lot of seat time in this car, he is also very good with the controller and particularly smooth steering inputs. His wall touch at T1 definitely helps him exit that corner a lot easier then if he were not to though. I found T1 to be especially difficult to nail, at least without get too sideways exiting or tapping the outer wall. The banking just makes putting the power down and staying inline so difficult with this car.

I would honestly say that this combo is one of the hardest combos I've encountered with the pad, at least to get a competitive time, well under a 1'10.000. So I guess you can take that for what it's worth. I just tried the Mines at Fuji GT today and found that to be a lot easier. It showed by the 2nd place ranking I got about 3 tenths away from MAY's new time. I also tried the Mines at London Reverse today and didn't think it was a particularly difficult combo. The GTLM at DR is still the most difficult combo I've faced.

I will put up a time for you at another track...it will take some practice to get comfortable with this car though Hopefully I don't speak to soon I sure do love the Mines, so I'm up for the challenge 👍

For some reason I find this car to be particularly challenging here at HSR. For me I have a tough time putting the power down on the banked areas of the track. I try to keep my laps clean, so I can't get away with tapping the wall at T1 to get a better/easier exit either.

Anyways, I'm off to Fuji GT in the Mines

But dont forget i bumped the wall not knowing it, and did .426 actually a .3xx also clean but in the last lap i ive tried a better time hitted that thing. Remember PD made the rules so has far has im concerned its clean!

Wish I had spent more time on this combo.
Just got up to 15th a minute ago. (and I'm sure it's clean too, after this week's WRS, I made certain not to touch the barrier this time ).

Have only spent about 3 hours total on this combo, which, if you know me, is not as much as I usually do.

Take it for what it's worth, but I have found that in order to keep the Mine's stable under throttle, you need to turn in, with a decent amount of steering input fairly early in the corner, then, slowly let the wheel (or pad, as the case may be) unwind in your hands as you gradually increase the throttle. I guess you could call it applying throttle while "un-turning" rather than applying throttle while trying at the same time to turn the wheel...if that makes any sense?

I am probably going to submit with this time, but I still think I may have .1 or .150 left, so I may have another brief session tomorrow.

MAY, Dan, Mad, Chronos, Boy_Racer and others...all amazing times.

Oh no. I don't really want to update now but I have too. I'll try and check all if not most of the replays. Just I can't unzip on the main PC, so I have to use my mum's apple laptop to do it. Which is a bit of a pain, but I can do it this week.👍

I think I had an upgrade last week, and the video output format was changed. I could go to the main menu, but couldn't load any game. It went fine after i changed the video settings back.

Im going to stick with my 1'09.295, i know i had more left but i didnt think it was worth the effort as im likely to finish second and was doubtful i could catch Dan, pretty happy with time and position as its my second second place finish in a row [although last week i was late posting and got DQ'ed] and i never driven the car before.

Thought I'd have a second sesh tonight and really got into a groove on that first bend an hour later and got a clean 1'09.288. Could get a good T1 without going near the wall eventually. Just the last corner I slip away. Top fun keeping that back end straight. Quite a Flexible car.

I did a 1'09.231 earlier at 11.10 but I may lightly brush the wall, I'm not sure.

Excellent fast laps guys, congrats to everyone. Great efforts.

A couple of quick questions if I may? ... How many races in this series and is it ok to take part on random combo's I like the look of when the mood suits me? Like the WRS ..

I know that most combo's I would enjoy! but there is a select few cars I would rather not waste my time with and I could be here racing one week and back 2 weeks later etc..

Provisional results for Round 13
Some very fast times in there, well done to all who entered (and even those that didn't!).
I touched the wall on my .543 10th place so it wouldn't have been valid. But I had done several clean .5xx that i could have submitted. blah.

Anyway I took PS3 to retailer today for a warranty fix after calling Sony.
Though it looks like I'm out of the competition for at least 3 or 4 weeks while it gets repaired.
No more EYS for me then. I will still be collating and posting the results however.

made a couple of errors in the first (3!) tables i did. So hit reload, just to make sure you have the right version. 👍
