I don't think Haas deserved to be sent off and I don't think England played particularly well. Then again, I'm Welsh.

Pretty happy with 3 - 0 win over Switzerland.

Played rather shoddy, but wasn't too bad in conclusion.

All three of the goals were brilliantly worked, and the couple of minutes or so before the first goal was showboat stuff.

Rest of it was utter crap though - but you cannot play against a defensively-oriented team (Switzerland) in the same way we did against an attack-oriented team (France). In that match we soaked everything up and countered occasionally - and it nearly worked too...

That goal from Frings in the The Netherlands-Germany match was pure luck.It should have ended 1-0 damnit :sly:

But anyway,i see France and The Netherlands in the finals with eventually a Dutch victory hehe.You'll see hehe.

Wow, France should not play Desailly again. He was outclassed by Prso, also I think that Henry and Trezuget need to pick up their games a little, the rest of the team are looking mediocre compared to Zidane and Viera. Mind you the Croatian's played a ****ty first half and France had a good go at playing a ****ty second half.

We were so lucky Switzerland didn't score, I mean we gave away so many free kicks in critical places, like us against France Switzerland's only real chances came from free kicks. Although I think allot of the poor play was mainly down to nerves, or not nerves fear of failure. Haha, I love that term, fear of failure.

Oh yeah, we won because we didn't play Heskey.

If we never play Heskey again I can see us winning the whole thing with ease.

The first goal was firstly Beckham's brilliant cross and then Owen's intelligence. The second was a lucky goal that would've been saved if the keeper wasn't the shortest and oldest in the tournament. :grumpy:

So far, with both France and England, the sets of strikers haven't performed particularly well so far. I think they should give James Beattie a go as well.

I think next game they should start with Vassel and Rooney and maybe put Owen on if one of the two get's tired.
