Good stuff. In football there are international teams so maybe here too.

I think the most imprtant thing at this point is to get the championship going. Hopefully then the word will get around how fun this team racing is adn there will be no problems getting full teams

I had some more thinking about how to deal with team scoring as we in the beginning might not get full teams.

Lets say we get 5 finns, 4 UK, 4 Sweden. Then we take the Finns total score, multiply it by 4/5. I think this would be the best.

This way, Finland can actually race with 6 cars if you want, and we just multply the teamscore with 4/6.

Eventually I hope we get to 5 cars regularly from each team, but in the mean time we might need to compromize and focus on getting great racing.
 
Hope everyone enjoyed the racing, my evening was a complete disaster - the one night it decides to have connection problems :grumpy:

I want to thank everyone for having me in your league, it was for me the first time I have driven a GTR and will use in race tires Soft, I think I went well in qualifying, but in the race I had some more problems.
I hope in future that we have another chance to race with you.

Well, he just went to the lounge when he was driving 6th or
7th....said he had no grip or something. Think there had also
been penalties against Him if he had finished, so...
 
Thats very "team-ish" *NOT* better to come dead last than skipping the race for reasons you dont even want to hear...
Well. I'll join next week... Considering the results of the hockey game i might as well have stayed at home and raced anyway :-(

that showed up. I´m sorry to say that it was also the last 1.
I will not continue with this serie anymore, due to lack of
interrest from all countries. It seems to be hard to find 5
committed drivers to a Team, so We will change the rules a bit.

We will be with Johan/johnkiller2 the Guys who is figuring
this new Serie. Please give us a few days to get everything
as smooth as possible.

We will still continue with the Team idea. But only 2 in a Team.
You can be from different countries also.
Every Team uses different GT500 cars. We´ll try in the next days
figure out what would be a great PP limit so all cars would be as
equal as possible.Otherwise the Main Rules would be as in the Nordic Series.

-Racing Soft Tires
-Damage set to Light
-Tracks that suite these cars, also"Fantasy Tracks" included.
-Allow every car-upgrade that cannot easily be policed.
-So little rules as possible
-Only EUROPEAN players (because of lag&connection issues)

I suggest that no one is using their PS3 Wireless, and not
join if Your NAT is 3! If U got issues, try to change Your
UPnP to ON in the router. Clear Your System Cache when
entering an on-line Game. Im sure all of us has a Friend
that is pro with these issues.Google is also Your friend.:)



Hopefully You Old Guys is continuing and I welcome any new
clean & fast racer who wants to Join. Just ask a good friend
if he wants to make a Team with You.👍

I understand that there are issues with getting reliable teams together so it doesnt suprise me that you have decided to change things.

I'll be interested to see the new rules, if either Johan or yourself need any help then I would be more than happy to get involved.

I am off to get myself a nice long internet cable for my PS3!
 
As the Nordic Chanmpionship came to an early end I want to say CONGRATULATIONS to the Finnish team.
You all showed great speed but also great sportmanship on the track.

My personal highlight was from the first race. Behing at the short end of the Finnish strategy with the superfast Simo intentionally slowing down the whole field and shield two other Finnish drivers to build a gap. Facinating. Simo and I had a racing incident on Lap 12 (i think), nobodys fault in my view, which actually enabled me to finish ahead of this flying superfinn. Made me feel good.

Even if I never saw ZKippe (too fast), I had great and tight racing with Klonkuu, Eppe, Peltonen, and Teijo. Sure a few lovebumps as is inevitable with close racing but always in a fair racing spirit. I hope that you also view me as not stepping over the line of close but fair racing.

Hope to see you and the great Brits in the new European championship.

Its only that 21gmt is already 23 in Finland, with the
Races goin to end past midnight is too late for the workers...

i have never pushed anyone of the track, i have blocked alot, but thats part of racing.... some small bumps here and there is something very hard to avoid.
and i wouldnt get any penalty at the race yesterday anyway so... i try to be clean as possible.

You bumped me at the long last straight just before the entry of the fast lefthander so I went into the grass and spun ..... And we were in the same team.

Don't dare to think what you did to drivers who were not in your team.
 
Sail IC, I know you are a steward from the Masi's series but, the trouble is that what you said is an opinion and I do know what it is like to have a race ruined by your teammate. Could you tell me in factual terms what happened as I think if it was an enquiry it incident in question would need to be fact not opinion, as opinion can be interpreted and facts technically speaking can't.
 
im not taking sides or anything just watching but ghost you are an agressive driver maybe a bit too agressive, i was racing with a fin m-p (forgot name) we came up to you fast and you were all over the track blocking him constandly (changing lanes every second) it just wasnt fair in my eyes.
