Every car Lost 1 bhp and 1 torque each??

In gt7 Every car sheet I name
eg: 730.45pp 400bhp 67.5t
And now EVERY CAR I tuned has lost 1 bhp. And 1 torque, HONEST!! Every car

More polyphonic BS
after another night of failure of race start button and now a new 1.total game freeze at end of race
It's getting beyond a joke now , gtsport was far superior
They need a new server or something
In UK I have PS5 & awesome fibre Internet so can't see it being my fault

Secret update I think

If polyphonic are trying to make people quit playing gt7 they are succeeding

I agree mate GT7 is a bad game at the moment playing GT6 I was playing for hours and hours, but playing GT7 I hardly get an hour out of the game now. I honestly thought that GT7 will be the best numbered game out of all the series, but boy I was wrong about this game and it's a shocker.

You can't join a multiplayer lobby without the host quiting straight away and dumping a full lobby of people, so you host a lobby and it won't start race or it crashes , they need to pay more than a fiver a week for the server , as people from North America and Canada Lagg game out badly.

And sport mode is just full of slow cheating Scumbags brake checking you on nearly every corner

Feeling a little ripped off

There's no server in multiplayer lobbies. It's P2P - every console is both a server and a client.

I'm not sure how much money would be required to eliminate the speed of light as a limiting factor, but I suspect it's unimaginable.

Thanks to the minimum 6,000-mile data round trip, you will always be looking at drivers in North America where they were at least 50ms ago while the game's netcode tries to guess where they will be next. And they'll be thinking the same about you.

Also Canada is in North America.

Why? Data bandwidth has pretty much nothing to do with it, and - unless the PS4 has some kind of insane LAN port architecture that the PS5 has rectified - neither does the console upon which you play the game.

As advised in one of your other weird complaining threads, where you literally posted that you were getting connection errors, you need to optimise your connection before you can be reasonably sure it's not an issue on your end. Even then, if you're connecting using the ISP you made these posts from, you might experience lobby issues (probably not in the World Series) as it throttles P2P traffic...

Do you work for polyphonic, if the game was anything like gtsport I would not be complaining about the many errors in this very expensive new game, pull your neck in

No. Also it's Polyphony, and I don't work for them either.
pull your neck in
Yeah, you're going to want to do that pretty sharpish, because your general attitude is dreadful and now you're aiming your sights at people trying to help you.

I have tried to complain to kaz but obviously he has his head in sand or something.
They make it nearly impossible to complain

The only other option is to get a PlayStation refund

I think there's just a difference in 1HP when you convert it from NM to HP, its more of a rounding error perhaps?

It happened to me as well last week. I played for hours at one of the Clubman Cup+ venues at 550 PP. I woke up in the morning and my carefully tuned car was at 551.## so I had to retune it. I’ve noticed many of my cars have changed as well, so I think it was an update and not a fluke or a conversion of some sort.

Edit: whoops! I thought I was responding to @Jump_Ace in my comment.

How does one complain to Kaz directly?

Unfortunately even if you managed to send a complaint to Kaz, it probably will disappear on the way - Polyphony Digital aren’t the most communicative company for both communication with players as such and from players straight to Polyphony Digital. I dont think it’s a case of “he has his head in sand” - they won’t take action against a solitary complaint sent by a random player (at least 99% likely but you never know I guess…)

I think your refund choice may have to be your best bet. Unless you and every other player is willing to be patient for future changes and updates of the game but they know that there is a generally negative outlook of Gran Turismo 7 by the fan base so far.

I don't think you can get a refund once played the game unless you brought the disc version, and if you have the disc version just take it back where you brought it. I have the digital version I can't get my money back unless the game is faulty, but the game works and it just got a lot of bugs & glitches in the game.
I called GT7 a bad game because of bugs & glitches but I hope they get this game right, but it's not looking good at the moment.

That's because, as PD is a PlayStation Studios developer, PlayStation handles all product communication.

You cannot contact Polyphony Digital, or Kazunori Yamauchi, directly and there's certainly no communication the other way unless it passes through PlayStation first. Even that famous message to fans back in March will have been reviewed - more than once - by PlayStation's PR department.

This isn't that rare either. I cannot contact Playground Games - I have to go through a Microsoft contact (though my MS contact for PG is very nice). About the most direct line I have with any developer's actual staff is Codemasters, and until EA they were developer AND publisher.

In most cases, it's the publisher you speak to, not the developer. Where the developer speaks to you in streams (like Forza Monthly/Let's Go), it's because the publisher requires it - or has at least cleared it. Even the social media you see doesn't come from the developer - usually it comes from a third-party company employed by the publisher...

If you're having trouble finding things to do with all there is to do in GT7, then the problem is with you. Sorry bud. If you can't have fun taking a car to a a track and driving it around then there are other games that might fit the bill... try Forza Horizon 5 or something.

It's also hilarious that you think you can just complain to the man in charge of a multi-million dollar franchise because of your personal issues with a game. Do you complain to the head of Apple if you iPhone freezes? The head of whatever car company if your car breaks down? This is bonkers that you think this is a realistic viewpoint.

A lot of players I know and me are thinking about buying an Xbox and they been loyal Gran Turismo fans for many many years, and they say that GT7 is the worst game they have ever played.
I don't have a problem, it's the bloody game that is the problem here.

"The worst game they've ever played". Ok... thanks for letting me know that I can totally disregard everything they, and you say from now on. It's so crazy that there are so many of us still having a great time playing the "worst game ever". You sound like spoiled children who's parents gave them a present that wasn't perfect, and their lives were just ruined.

Cry me a river.

It's definitely not the worst game I've ever played, but I have put my interest down for a Series X at my local shop as GT7 isn't filling the urge to race. FM7 should still be good and FM8 is coming. The AI surely can't be any worse in Forza...

GT7 is the worst GT game so far imo. GT Sport was pretty bare at launch but at least sport mode was new and launched with a decent penalty system. GT7 took a lot of features out of sport mode, introduced new bugs, less stable server (I only get 3 bars in GT7, 5 bars in GT Sport) and still can't get matchmaking, penalties, SR, track limits nor BoP right.

I lost 2HP on my Tomahawk. Maybe it's getting old, no clue.

GT7 is a driving game, not a racing one.

It's definitely up there for one of not the worst games that I have ever played, but for some reason I keep playing the game for less than 45 minutes a day compared to GT6, and that was 5 hours a day or a touch less and I just hope that things improve for GT7 soon, but I have not got my hopes up to high for this game
An Xbox X is gaining momentum in the next month or two, and it kind of sad being a loyal Gran Turismo series fan for so long and they come along and 💩 in our faces with garbage for a GT7 game

I honestly thought being a numbered game, we would have online seasonal type and Time Trials events for GT7 like it was in GT6 and they were fun. For some reason PD does not want us to have online fun anymore.

When you said GT7 is a driving game and not a racing one you are absolutely 100% correct saying that, and the BS in GT7 like the Music Rally & the stupid Menu Book is a lame idea to have in a game.

You can have the latest and greatest 100Gigabit per second internet and it means nothing.
You see when you want to connect to a server on the internet(does not matter if it is a game server, file server, or website).
You have to connect to servers across the way.
Code:
grayfox@Grayfox-PC:~$ traceroute www.gtplanet.net -e -I
traceroute to www.gtplanet.net (172.67.74.202), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
 1 _gateway (192.168.1.1) 0.433 ms 0.514 ms 0.573 ms
 2 loop180150640.bng1.vdc01.syd.aussiebb.net (180.150.64.1) 7.385 ms 8.044 ms 8.109 ms
 3 HundredGigE0-0-0-8.core2.vdc01.syd.aussiebb.net (180.150.1.186) <MPLS:L=24056,E=0,S=1,T=1> 8.554 ms 8.595 ms 8.686 ms
 4 be2.core2.nextdc-s1.syd.aussiebb.net (202.142.143.203) 8.240 ms 8.349 ms 8.412 ms
 5 as13335.nsw.ix.asn.au (218.100.52.11) 8.990 ms 9.462 ms 9.522 ms
 6 108.162.250.5 (108.162.250.5) 21.721 ms 21.411 ms 18.577 ms
 7 172.67.74.202 (172.67.74.202) 8.428 ms 8.387 ms 8.532 ms

To connect to GTPlanet.
My connection has to do 7 hops in total.

So if your internet takes 20hops, it will take longer for data to transfer from your device(be it phone, PC or console) to what ever you are connecting to and it wont matter if the speed of the internet is a mere 28.8kbps or 100Gbps.

I am no expert on this subject, others can explain in more detail.
