I like that Car. It's tuneable and i got Gold with the first Lap. only struggle with the Drift Event. 600 Points away from Gold

Is it really tuneable? I've read here on the forum that it isn't.

Nevertheless.

The LM55 and i got along fine. I pulled off a 1:13.6xx

The drifting event was easy with @shaunm80 's BMW M4 600pp drift tune. Got a 7k run with it.

Have you done the 10lap survival race at Suzuka 2014 yet @chrisspeed281 ??

Maybe at the Forum they want another RedBull like Car with 1000+ HP. The LM 55 comes with 720 PP so no Power Parts are needed

Easy win. Fast and very stable. 👍 Suits perfectly flat and smooth tracks. Very agile and easy steering...

IA License WTCC (650PP) Mount Panorama Race Winner! 👍

Easy win, fastest lap of 1:58:xxx

WARNING: Be aware of driving this car in bumpy tracks. Due being extremely light and fast, it is easy to loose control of it... It's easier and safer to play with the throotle gently to achieve faster lap times. Too fast driving and it will throw you to the wall...

A pilot style race car...

Unfortunately, PSN is being DDOS'ed by Lizard Squad. At least, Lizard Squad is taking credit for the DDOS attack. They hit XBox Live servers too... I'm just gonna be bummed because now I'm going to lose my 200% login bonus AGAIN, through no fault of my own, so then I'm going to have to wait until Saturday (at the earliest, if they stop this by tomorrow) to run all the new events so I can collect a 200% payout on the credits. Ugh...I hate this crap.

I Wonder why they do that, could it be some of Them that have been bannede from GT6 and now take revenge. And my login 200% it now gone arrrrgh

I've been driving all the December CoTM for a last time before selling them off to the highest bidder, still want to get the Cobra Daytona Coupe '64 and the GT40 Race Car and maybe the XJ Chrome line to park beside the regular XJ.

Nat.A 500PP Clubman Cup Race 1 Matterhorn - Rotenboden
Used SH to have a little competition, alas the AI drivers didn’t cooperate, the only thing that is an issue is accelerating out of curves, and the issue is not the car but driver control. Ok it was a little over powered for SH but I like feeling that I’m the one controlling a car and not just a passenger waiting to be delivered to their destination.

Int.B Supercar Festival - Silverstone International
Used SS, Drove cleanly, the only bump came from another car who suddenly decided to change lane as I was almost completely passed him, on the last lap the FXX was behind me ready to pass and I didn’t block him, just let him pass and took back 1st place on the last curve. I could say that the car oversteers but I have an issue with that term, is it the car that’s going to wide or is it the driver that’s pushing beyond the limits of physics, I just don’t know. Driving in the limits of the car it handles really well.

Super Willow Springs 20-mile challenge - SS
This was a little closer, finished 1st with 0.112 lead on the Huayra. Changed tires after 4 laps, came back in at position 13, made my way back up and finally passed the Huayra in those tight curves on the hill, on the last straightaway I was a bad boy :D and blocked my competitor off, bad bad me :sly:. On lap 7 on the last curve before the finish line I did go off track, so concentrated on catching up the lead car I forgot about tire ware and went sand collecting. I changed the power limiter just before the race to compensate for the oil usage. I hate oil changes, I always forget :embarrassed:. Again handled very well, my only concern is the color, it’s just not right for a sunday drive in the desert. Best season wishes to you and your family.

A challenging race. Only the AEM S2000 was the hardest, but managed to get it. Very competitive at 500PP. Agile and stable. Perhaps a top 500 car... :)

Very good Tune for 10 Laps Suzuka Survival Event. Only the Limiter to 51.4 and the Final Gear to 4200. Comfortable Win :) Start with RS after lap 2 change to IM and after lap 7 again IM. I can't do it with only 1 Pitstop

Just gave this a quick test around a few tracks and I'm going to do a proper review in the CotM in the next day or two. I'll stop by here and copy it over once it's done. Just thought I'd stop by to say, nice work:tup:

Had a go with the Mazda LM55 yesterday to try and improve my time. I went from a 1:13.6xx to a 1:12.351.

I should be able to get into the 11's if i can smooth out a couple of corners.

The 10 lap survival race at Suzuka 2014 is the event i tend to run more frequently than other events. I've been using a wide variety of different cars for this particular event. Some cars handled the distance better than others, by that i referr to tire wear and fuel consumption. The end result however remains the same, me winning comforably.

Here's a list of some of the ones i've been using: (in no particular order)

Audi R18 Tdi( all versions)
Audi R10 Stealth
Nissan Z GT500 basemodel
Mclaren f1 GTR basemodel
Nissan GT-R GT500 basemodel + Stealth
Mazda 787b stealth
Pescarolo C60 Hybride
Mazda LM55 VGT ( massively de-tuned)
Mazda Furai
Nissan R35 Touring car
---------------------------------

These are just a few of the ones i've used. Gonna have a couple of more runs later on today.

Hope all you guys are ok and that you've had a great X-mas.

Spa 24 mins winner when u get hang of it it can be really quick fastest lap 1.50.9xx completed 12 laps

I used the 2x vgt in the gt world championships and ANNIHILATED the compitition. The hotfix to resolve this car for ds3 users did it's job (shockingly) well. This car is very very fast and with 200kg ballast at +3 and 4/8 brake balance, it has a very good grip and rotation. I'm glad someone else has enjoyed this "car", too.

I am now back from North Devon. I will be doing the new events very soon. Anyone got any tips for me to get gold on the 5 new events?

Welcome back Shaun! Hope you had a great X-mas and a well deserved rest...

Do the new Mazda VGT seasonal first and use the car to win all! It's a fantastic VGT...

The NRing survival is easier then the Suzuka, the AI pits only one time in Suzuka and twice in Nring. I used IM all the way on both, but maybe it was easier to use RS in Suzuka for the 1st part...

For me the drift was the hardest one... (since im a :dunce: in drift...)

👍

I used Praiano's HSV (tuned to my style) to win Suzuka seasonal. Used Intermediates from start to finish for easy win. Lost some time in first 2 laps to cars on RH tires but easily recovered because I only pitted once (at end of lap 6). Have fun!

Edit: cars on RS tires? Doesn't matter. Easy win using Intermediates. :)
