I didn't think this event was easy either. Took me ages to get gold this time around and I'm usually quite quick at getting gold on these seasonals.

That drifiting event was a bit tricky to get a decent score on. I'm currently sitting on a 4k run with a Blitz Dunlop ER34 '07.

I'm sure i can get some more points. If i dig deep enough.

The Chaparral 2X is a whole other matter entirely. I "only" have silver on that event, but i guess that was expected when you have to use a fart-powered street luge.

You mean you won't be driving it at every track going. That car could set a lap record on the green hell.. Not sure what record it would set due to its hideous understeer but I'm sure someone could make a funny lap record name up

I haven't changed any of my tunes since the beginning of GT6 in terms of the PD updates. All the tunes which I have had from the start still work well and for me, camber is still not working quite right so the settings I have are still good until they get it sorted out properly.

Very close indeed. Keep going, you'll get there eventually.

On another note, I have a 550PP RH BMW Race Car tune and have nearly finished a 600PP RH version. It is a really nice car, just need to work out a few issues on the 600PP version but I think it could be a really useful car in future.

There may be a faster tune for this car out there in this forum but this tune is so easy to drive, all you need to do is pick up a pad and hit the X button. It has good rotation and you know where this car is going all the time. A tune for all levels. If you like a challenge, use this tune with ABS 1 only and that will make it more fun

If I am able, I will join in online races but I start my placement for uni after christmas and ill be working long days so I may not be around all the time. I shall definitely join a couple of races though. I need to get back to GT6 a little more as I feel my driving skill is becoming less through playing arcade style games at the moment.

Hey there @shaunm80

While being on the subject of Mclaren's. You wouldn't happen to have a tune for the Mclaren F1 GTR Kokusai base model '95 lying around would you? I used that car for the 600pp Silverstone seasonal event a while back. It's really fast at 600, so i imagine it would be even faster at 650.


I also took a look on the link you posted about the C.O.T.M. He used your 550pp SH iPod for that run, but with stiffer springs and CH tires?!

If that's the case, i have a lot of work ahead of me.. I might have a go at this after i fill up on the liquid courage department. No way i'm doing that thing sober.
